We come before the Lord with you in this time of need, lifting up your family, your husband’s burdens, and your daughter’s health in prayer. First, we must always remember that our access to the Father is only through the name of Jesus Christ, for Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is by His authority and grace that we boldly approach the throne of God, so we must always pray in His name, trusting in His power alone.
Your husband’s struggle to provide and the weight of debt are heavy burdens, but we know that our God is a God of provision and justice. The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 22:7, *"The rich rules over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* While it is noble to seek to help family, we must also trust in God’s timing and wisdom rather than striving in our own strength. The pressure to repay what is owed can feel overwhelming, but we encourage your husband to seek God first in this matter, for Jesus tells us, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). Let him cast this burden upon the Lord, for *"Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."* (Psalm 55:22, WEB).
As for those who owe your husband money and refuse to pay, their actions are dishonest and unjust. Scripture is clear about such behavior: *"The wicked borrow and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously."* (Psalm 37:21, WEB). We rebuke this spirit of deceit and pray that God would convict their hearts. May He move in their lives so that they would repent of their dishonesty and fulfill their obligations. *"Let no one seek his own, but each one his neighbor’s good."* (1 Corinthians 10:24, WEB). We ask the Lord to expose their lies and bring justice, for *"Yahweh is far from the wicked, but he hears the prayer of the righteous."* (Proverbs 15:29, WEB).
We also lift up your daughter’s health before the Lord. It is heartbreaking to see a child suffer, but we know that God is the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for Him. We pray for complete healing and restoration over her body, that she would grow strong and healthy. *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."* (3 John 1:2, WEB). May the Lord comfort you as her mother and give you peace as you trust in His care for her. Remember, *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."* (Psalm 147:3, WEB).
Finally, we encourage you to stand firm in faith, for the battles you face are not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces. *"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."* (Ephesians 6:11, WEB). Do not grow weary in prayer, but persist in seeking the Lord together as a family. *"Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises."* (James 5:13, WEB).
**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family and their needs. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their financial struggles. Give wisdom to this husband as he seeks to honor his commitments, and provide supernatural breakthroughs where there seems to be no way. Convict the hearts of those who owe him money, Lord—expose their deceit and bring them to repentance. Let justice prevail, and let Your name be glorified in this situation.
We also pray for healing over their daughter. Touch her body, Lord, and restore her to full health. Remove every sickness and weakness, and let her grow strong in You. Comfort this mother’s heart and fill her with Your peace as she trusts in Your promises.
Strengthen this family, Lord, and unite them in faith. Let them seek You first in all things, knowing that You are their Provider, Healer, and Protector. We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and discouragement, and we declare Your victory over their lives. May they experience Your faithfulness in new and powerful ways.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
