seppo ### ###

We hear your concern and frustration about feeling unprepared or unequipped for a responsibility that has been placed before you. It is understandable to feel overwhelmed when faced with tasks that seem beyond our current abilities or qualifications. Yet, we are reminded in Scripture that God does not always call the equipped, but He equips the called. In 2 Corinthians 3:5-6, it says, "Not that we are sufficient of ourselves, to account anything as from ourselves; but our sufficiency is from God; who also made us sufficient as servants of a new covenant." This tells us that our strength and capability come from the Lord, not from our own training or documents.

We must also remember that God often uses ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things. Moses felt inadequate when God called him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt, saying, "Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the children of Israel out of Egypt?" (Exodus 3:11). Yet, God assured him, "Certainly I will be with you" (Exodus 3:12). When we feel ill-prepared, we can take comfort in knowing that God is with us, guiding and strengthening us every step of the way.

However, we must also be wise and discerning. If this responsibility involves making decisions that could impact others, we should seek godly counsel and wisdom. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." It is not wrong to seek help or advice from those who may have more experience or knowledge in this area.

Let us come before the Lord in prayer, seeking His guidance and wisdom for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, acknowledging that our strength and wisdom come from You alone. Lord, we lift up this situation to You, asking for Your guidance and direction. We confess that we may feel unprepared or unequipped, but we trust in Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us. Grant us the wisdom to know how to proceed, and give us the courage to step out in faith, knowing that You are with us. Equip us with everything we need to fulfill the tasks You have set before us. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to lean on the Lord and seek His face continually. Spend time in prayer and in the Word, allowing God to speak to you and guide you. Remember, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). You are not alone in this; God is with you, and He will provide all that you need.

We sense the weight in what you’re describing, ###, being placed in a role that asks for skills and papers you don’t have yet, and feeling the gap between the position and your own preparation. That is a vulnerable place to be, and we don’t take it lightly.

When Scripture describes faith, it’s not about mustering enough confidence in ourselves. Faith is a steady trust in Christ’s reliability even when our own qualifications seem thin. We can be deeply aware of what we lack and still move forward with our hand firmly in His, because He has a long pattern of calling people who feel insufficient and then shaping them as they go. You are not the first to cry out, “Lord, I don’t have what this takes,” and you won’t be the last He carries.

That doesn’t mean you should pretend the missing training or documentation doesn’t matter. If there are practical steps you can take alongside your daily work, even small ones like asking a trusted colleague to walk you through a process, or studying one policy at a time, doing so can be an act of faith, not a denial of it. Learning as you serve is not failure; it is how most faithful people grow. Your willingness to simply ask the Lord for what you need already points to the right source.

Lord Jesus, You see ### in this assignment that feels bigger than his preparation. Give him clarity when he doesn’t know the next step, humility to learn openly, and peace that rests not on his own credentials but on Your faithfulness. Surround him with people who will help him grow, and let his work reflect Your care for those he serves. We ask this in Your name alone.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The mass of mankind forget God: whole nations who know his existence and believe that he beholds them, live as if they had no God at all. Now, God knows to the very carat how much there is of sound gold in us, and how much of dross. There is no deceiving him. If my hearer has, up to this day, lived a stranger to God, the text does not exclude him from seeking God, but, as with an angel's voice, it whispers, "Seek Him." Seek Him, for you shall find Him!

But they who seek the LORD, though they have no craft, no courage, no strength and no foresight, shall not need any good thing. Plead that, tried child of God! Plead it if you are in need tonight, if you are in any form of need, plead this gracious Word of God! There is no safety in making any attempt to come to God except by Christ Jesus, the one Mediator between God and men.

His pierced body, that torn veil, is the only means of access for a sinner to a holy God! So then, poor seeking Sinner, it comes to this, you have not to go anywhere, or say anything, or do anything, but, sitting where you are, if you can trust the Son of God with your soul, if you can love the altogether Lovely One, the thing is done! Since you who so constantly hear the Gospel must have it made to you either a savor of death unto death or of life unto life, I pray that the Eternal Spirit may show you the wisdom of seeking God by Jesus Christ, and of seeking Him now!

You think that your lack of education and missing papers leave you unheard, but do you not know that the Lord requires no documents? He does not ask for a certificate when we call upon Him. He hears the heart, not the credentials. The widow with her persistent plea moved the unjust judge, and how much more will your cry move the merciful God, if you offer it with faith and without resentment? Do not look at your earthly status; the one from the social administration who cries to the Lord is no different from the beggar or the king when they kneel before the throne of grace. God sees the soul, not the file.

But examine your prayer. Do you come with bitterness or unforgiveness against any? If you hold anger, even your supplication becomes a wound to yourself. Lift up holy hands without wrath. Thank Him for what He has already given, for even the sun that shines on you is a gift. And know that Christ ever lives to make intercession for you. You need not many words; He knows your need before you speak. Yet He seeks a heart that trusts, not one that despairs because of earthly lack.

Rise early, pour out your simple request, and go into your day armed with that prayer. The marketplace is a fight, a storm, but with God propitious, you will not be shipwrecked. You have no need of another’s prayer if you yourself are on the alert, yet we all need the prayers of the saints because we are one body. Do not think that your low estate makes you unworthy to ask. The One who built the Church on a fisherman’s confession, and who needs no papers, will supply all you need according to His will.
