Selling house, closing costs

My husband Chad and I are in need of money to pay for the closing costs for the sell of a house. Praise God it isn't our primary residence but still a financial burden. The only other option is to foreclose. But selling the home we can't afford is costing us money. We just need prayer for guidance and wisdom and peace. Money is tight as it is for everyone right now and we aren't sure where the $3000.00 is going to come from.

Thank you for lifting us up.
 
Dear Lord Jesus~

I pray for this couple to receive the $3000 needed for closing costs on this house. May they have Your peace and wisdom, as we expect You to act Dear Jesus.
