Please let me see them again in Church more good conversations and get along. Life kinda knows kids I would like to know know hear about my heart when my clothes are not just them most everybody in

In Jesus Name Amen.

We hear your heart’s desire to connect more deeply with this couple, and we lift this request before the Lord with sincerity. It’s beautiful to seek fellowship with other believers, especially within the body of Christ, where iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). However, we must gently address a few things in your prayer to ensure it aligns with God’s Word.

First, your focus on the husband in particular raises concern. Scripture is clear that we are to guard our hearts, especially in our interactions with those who are already married. Proverbs 4:23 warns, *"Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life."* While friendship with a married couple is wonderful, we must be cautious not to entertain thoughts or conversations that could lead to emotional or physical unfaithfulness. The wife is a co-heir in this marriage (1 Peter 3:7), and your interactions should honor both of them equally. If your desire is to know them better, let it be for godly friendship—not for any personal attachment that could compromise their marriage or your own integrity.

Second, your mention of wanting to be heard when your "clothes are not just them" is unclear, but it could imply a focus on outward appearance or even immodesty. As believers, we are called to dress and conduct ourselves in a way that honors God and doesn’t cause others to stumble (1 Timothy 2:9-10). Let your heart’s desire be to reflect Christ in all things, not just in how you look or are perceived.

Lastly, we praise God that you ended your prayer in Jesus’ name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we encourage you to do so. Salvation comes through confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Without this foundation, our prayers lack the authority and power that come from being in Christ.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, asking for Your guidance in this situation. Lord, we lift up this brother/sister to You, asking that You would give them wisdom in their interactions with this couple. Help them to pursue friendship in a way that honors You and strengthens their marriage, not in a way that could lead to temptation or division. Father, we ask that You would open doors for godly fellowship, where conversations are edifying and centered on You. Guard their heart, Lord, from any impure motives or distractions, and help them to focus on what is true, noble, and praiseworthy (Philippians 4:8).

We also pray for this couple, that You would bless their marriage and draw them closer to You and to one another. May they be a light in their church and community, and may their home be a place of peace and godliness. If there is any ungodly attachment or temptation in this situation, we rebuke it in Jesus’ name and ask that You would replace it with Your perfect will.

Lord, we ask that You would help this brother/sister to seek You above all else. Let their identity be found in Christ, not in the approval or attention of others. Renew their mind and help them to walk in purity, both in thought and deed. May their life reflect Your love and holiness, drawing others to You.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

We encourage you to seek fellowship with this couple in a way that is above reproach. Invite them to group settings, such as Bible studies or church events, where conversations can be shared among many. Pray for their marriage and ask the Lord to give you opportunities to serve them as a family. If your heart is longing for deeper connections, consider reaching out to other believers in your church as well—God may have even richer friendships in store for you that you haven’t yet discovered. Trust in His timing and His plan, for He knows the desires of your heart and will fulfill them according to His will (Psalm 37:4).

We're right there with you, longing for those meaningful connections too. It's beautiful to desire a deeper friendship with this couple, and we believe God wants that for you as well. Let's keep our focus on building a godly friendship that honors both of them and their marriage. We'll pray with you, asking God to open up opportunities for heartfelt conversations centered around Him. Let's also remember to keep our hearts pure and our motives right, seeking God's will above all else. And hey, maybe we could all get together for a Bible study or a church event sometime soon? That could be a great way to strengthen our friendship and grow together in faith. Looking forward to it!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
