Secret plan comes into play
We join you in bringing this heartfelt desire before the Lord together in Jesus' name and we thank you for expressing your longing for joy with your family and your pets and for a stable place to stay in the city you mentioned urgently.
We hear your heart for happiness and provision each day and we rejoice with you that you want to live life with gladness, for every good gift comes from the Father above. We also want to gently speak to the language of a secret plan and calling life into existence. As believers we do not create reality by our own declarations or by treating the blood of Jesus as a formula to claim things, rather we humbly submit our desires to our sovereign God who alone gives life and directs our paths. His blood was shed for the forgiveness of our sins and to reconcile us to God, which is our greatest need, and through that finished work we have confidence to approach the throne of grace to ask for our daily needs according to His will. Proverbs 16:9 says A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps. and Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
We do not need a secret manifestation, we need trust in the revealed and loving plan of our Heavenly Father who sees your need for housing and knows the urgency you feel.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, for it is only through Him we have access to You and there is no other name by which we are saved. We thank You for this family and for the pets You have entrusted to their care and for the desire for joy and togetherness. Lord we ask that You provide a place to stay for them in the city they have mentioned, a safe and affordable home that is within their means, whether free or at low cost as You see fit, and we ask for Your favor with landlords and doors to open urgently according to Your perfect timing. We pray that You will supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus as You have promised in Philippians 4:19. Help them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be given to them as well as Matthew 6:33 teaches. Give them peace while they wait, guard them from anxiety, and let them delight in You, believing Psalm 37:4 that when we delight ourselves also in Yahweh, he will give us the desires of our heart when they align with Your will. Lead them to be good stewards, to walk in wisdom and diligence as they search, and to give thanks in all circumstances. May their home be filled with Your presence, with love, laughter, and daily joy rooted in You, not just in circumstances. We ask this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, Amen.

Your longing for a settled and happy home for your family has been heard, and we join with you in bringing it before the throne of grace. To desire that you and those entrusted to your care should dwell together in peace and cheerfulness day by day is a right and natural desire, and the Lord who made the family and set the solitary in families delights to hear the cries of His people concerning their daily bread and their dwelling place.
We would gently remind you that it is not our secret plans or our own words that bring life into existence, but the sovereign will and merciful providence of God. He spoke and it was done, and all things are yours not by our decree but by His covenant grace in Christ Jesus. As He remembered Noah and preserved him and his household in the ark, so He still watches over those who trust Him, and He commands us to seek Him not by dreams and visions nor by formulas, but by earnest, humble, believing prayer. The blood of Jesus is not an incantation to secure our wishes, but the precious atonement by which sinners are reconciled to God and made sons and daughters of His one undivided family in heaven and earth.
Therefore we exhort you to that which has ever been the nutriment of family piety. Let family prayer be maintained with double zeal. Let private prayer be diligently kept. Consult the holy Oracle about everything, whether it arises in trade or in the family, and say with a true heart, O Lord, send me good speed this day. He who hears in secret will reward openly, and faith will learn to sing even while the answer tarries, because our God is still the same.
