We hear your frustration and understand how disruptive this noise must be to your desire for peace and relaxation in the evening. The Bible reminds us in 1 Corinthians 14:33 that "God is not a God of confusion, but of peace," and we know that He desires for us to have rest and tranquility in our lives. It’s clear that this situation is causing you distress, and we want to lift it up to the Lord with you.
First, we must address the heart behind this request. While it’s natural to feel annoyed by loud noises, especially when seeking quiet, we must also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 22:39, where He commands us to "love your neighbor as yourself." These children may not realize the impact their actions are having on those around them, and it’s possible they lack guidance or discipline in their lives. Instead of simply asking for peace to fall upon them, we should also pray for their well-being, that they may grow in wisdom and respect for others. Proverbs 22:6 tells us, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Let us pray that these children, and their parents or guardians, would be led to godly discipline and understanding.
We also recognize that your desire for peace is valid. The Lord promises in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We will pray that God grants you the peace you seek, whether by changing the situation or by giving you the strength to endure it with grace.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this situation to You, asking for Your divine intervention. Lord, we pray for these children, may Your Holy Spirit soften their hearts and guide them to use their energy in ways that honor You and respect those around them. Give their parents or guardians wisdom and discernment to raise them in Your ways, teaching them kindness, self-control, and consideration for others.
Father, we also ask for Your peace to fill this place where the noise has caused disturbance. Grant [the one praying] the rest and relaxation they seek, whether by changing the circumstances or by filling their heart with Your supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to respond to this trial with patience and love, remembering Your command to love their neighbors. May Your presence be a comfort to them in this time of frustration.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of annoyance, anger, or unrest that may be trying to take root in this situation. We declare that Your peace, which transcends all human understanding, will reign in this place. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer according to Your will. We encourage you to also consider speaking to the parents or guardians of these children, if possible, in a spirit of gentleness and kindness. Proverbs 15:1 reminds us, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." If approaching them directly feels uncomfortable or unsafe, you might also consider reaching out to local authorities or community leaders to address the noise in a way that promotes harmony for everyone involved.
Remember, the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Even in moments of frustration, He is near, and He will sustain you. Keep your heart fixed on Him, and trust that He will work all things together for good (Romans 8:28).

Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
