We hear your cry for peace and deliverance from these tormenting voices, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ to rebuke this oppression. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that you might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). These voices claiming to be from hell are not of God, for He does not speak to His children with condemnation, shame, or control. The Bible tells us, "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit" (Romans 8:1). The accusations you hear are lies from the father of lies (John 8:44), and we command them to be silenced in the mighty name of Jesus.
First, we must address the spiritual foundation of your request. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome the works of the enemy. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the first step to true freedom and peace. If you have already accepted Christ, we encourage you to reaffirm your faith and stand firm in His promises.
We also want to gently address the nature of your past interactions with these voices. While you may have meant them well, engaging with demonic forces, even out of curiosity or a desire for connection, can open doors to spiritual oppression. The Bible warns us, "Don’t give the devil a foothold" (Ephesians 4:27). We must resist the devil, and he will flee from us (James 4:7). This is not a battle you face alone; the Holy Spirit is your Helper, and God’s angels are sent to minister to you (Hebrews 1:14).
Let us pray together now:
Heavenly Father, in the precious name of Jesus, we come before You on behalf of our dear brother/sister who is crying out for deliverance. Lord, You are the God of peace, and You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke every lying voice, every spirit of accusation, and every demonic influence that has spoken against Your beloved child. We command these voices to be silenced in the name of Jesus, for He has overcome the world (John 16:33). We break every assignment of the enemy against their mind, their emotions, and their body. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we ask that You fill them with Your Holy Spirit, bringing comfort, clarity, and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Surround them with Your angels to guard and protect them. Strengthen their faith and remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image (Psalm 139:14). Help them to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5) and to fix their eyes on You, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).
We pray for healing in their mind and body, Lord. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to restore and renew. Guide them to seek godly counsel, whether through prayer, Scripture, or the support of a biblical church community. Remind them that they are never alone, for You are with them always (Matthew 28:20).
Father, we also ask that You reveal any areas of their life where the enemy may have gained access. Show them if there are unconfessed sins, unforgiveness, or areas where they have not fully surrendered to You. Create in them a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within them (Psalm 51:10). We declare that they are washed by the blood of Jesus, redeemed, and set free.
Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your love. We trust in Your promise that if we resist the devil, he will flee. We stand on Your Word and declare victory over this situation. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith and to fill your mind with the truth of God’s Word. When these voices come, do not engage with them. Instead, speak the name of Jesus aloud and declare Scripture over yourself. Here are a few verses to meditate on and declare when you feel under attack:
- "The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life, of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1)
- "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7).
- "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me,” says the Lord" (Isaiah 54:17).
- "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7).
We also encourage you to seek out a biblical church community where you can find support, prayer, and godly counsel. Isolation can make spiritual battles harder to fight, but in community, you will find strength and encouragement. Consider speaking with a pastor or a trusted Christian counselor who can walk alongside you in this journey.
Lastly, we want to remind you that your worth is not defined by the lies of the enemy. You are deeply loved by God, who sent His Son to die for you so that you might have eternal life (John 3:16). You are a child of the King, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Stand firm in your identity in Christ, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). You are not alone in this battle, and we will continue to pray for your complete deliverance and peace.
