We hear your distress, and we stand with you in this spiritual battle. The voices you describe are not from God, for He speaks in peace, truth, and clarity, not in confusion or torment. Scripture warns us in 1 Peter 5:8, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." Satan does indeed attack through deception, fear, and oppression, and what you’re experiencing may very well be a form of spiritual harassment.
But take heart, greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). The enemy has no authority over a child of God who stands firm in faith. We rebuke these demonic voices in the mighty name of Jesus Christ! They have no right to harass you, and we command them to flee now in Jesus’ name. You are not alone in this fight, and you do not have to endure it in fear.
Let us pray for you:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We lift up our brother/sister who is under attack from the enemy. Lord, You said in Your Word that no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we claim that promise now. We rebuke every lying voice, every demonic influence, and every spirit of fear in Jesus’ name. We declare that this home is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no evil can dwell here. Father, fill this precious one with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them hear Your voice clearly, Your voice of love, truth, and deliverance. Surround them with Your angels for protection, and let them rest in the assurance that You are their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2). We break every assignment of the enemy against their mind, their home, and their life. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen."
Now, we encourage you to take practical steps as well. First, put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) daily, especially the helmet of salvation to guard your mind and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Speak Scripture aloud over your home and your life. Declare Psalm 23, Psalm 91, and Ephesians 6 over yourself. Second, do not engage with the voices, do not speak to them, argue with them, or entertain their lies. Instead, command them to leave in Jesus’ name and turn your focus to worship, prayer, and the truth of God’s Word. Third, seek godly fellowship, share this struggle with a trusted pastor, Christian counselor, or mature believer who can stand with you in prayer and accountability. Isolation is the enemy’s playground; community is God’s design for strength.
If this has been ongoing, we also encourage you to examine your life for any open doors the enemy may be exploiting, unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, occult involvement (even in the past), or ungodly influences in media or relationships. James 4:7 says, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Submission to God comes first; then resistance to the enemy becomes effective.
Lastly, test the spirits (1 John 4:1). Not every voice is demonic, some may be mental health struggles, and there is no shame in seeking professional help if needed. But whether the source is spiritual, physical, or both, God is your healer and deliverer. He will not abandon you in this.
Stand firm, dear one. The battle is real, but the victory is already won through Christ. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not grow weary. We will continue to pray for your complete freedom and peace. You are loved, you are protected, and you are not forgotten.
