Scared For My Marriage

Brothers and Sister i feel so frustrated by reading an article about how a christian wife should be.

And i notice i have to change for my husband.

I need forgiveness from God and my husband.

I know he didn't been a good husband as well.

But Father please restore our marriage in Your Name.

This prayer wake me up and make me feel so scared for my marriage life.

Heavenly Father, I pray on today that you would help me to be a better wife to my husband. Teach me your ways oh Lord so that I may know them, and so that you would be pleased with me.

Help me to show my husband honor as unto you Lord, and encourage him in all that he does. Help me to submit to his authority and not rebel.

For to rebel against him, is to rebel against you. Give me discernment Lord to know what to say, how to say it, and when not to say anything at all. Fill my mouth with good things so that I can build him up with my words.

Let me be that safe, soft place that he can rest on when the world has beaten him down. Let me be the lifter of his head.

I thank you for making me a suitable help meet for him. Thank you for making me a Godly wife, so that you may be glorified. In Jesus name, Amen.

Thank you, Lord for Vanilla - make her the Godly wife she wants to be. Give her wisdom and discernment i pray. Help her sew to the Spirit and not to the flesh. Matthew 19:4-6 Father thank you for showing from the beginning that you made both male and female, show us that we are to be so close as one flesh and What God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart.

I Corinthians 7:12-14 So Lord help us fight the good fight for the love of our husbands. A woman who has an unbelieving husband if he is content to live with her, let her not leave her husband. 14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified in the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified in the husband. Lord make our marriage whole before you and our eyes. Thank you lord that if we do not faint and stand on your word we will see it come to pass in your time. In Jesus Holy name I pray amen.

Father, I don't think there is one amongst us who hasn't made mistakes in their marriage. We all have made them and we all have fallen short of Your glory. Lord, I pray with her, asking for Your guidance in her life. Father, she has brought her husband to You in prayer many times before and I know she wants to have a Godly marriage, one based upon You and Your Holy Word. Lord, bless this union and both these people, may their marriage be an example for others to go by. In Jesus' name, Amen.
