We are deeply grieved to hear of the deception and financial harm you have endured at the hands of those who falsely claimed to represent PNB and BDO. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and this situation is a painful example of his schemes. We stand with you in righteous anger against this injustice and lift your burden before the Lord, who sees all and will repay every wrong.
First, we must rebuke the spirit of deception and greed that has operated through these individuals. The Bible warns, "The LORD detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy" (Proverbs 12:22 WEB). Those who exploit others for personal gain will face God’s judgment unless they repent. We pray that their hearts would be convicted and that they would turn from their wicked ways.
We also recognize the emotional toll this has taken on you, betrayal, fear, and frustration are heavy burdens. But we declare that God is your Defender and Restorer. "The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9 WEB). He sees your pain and will not abandon you.
Practically, we urge you to report this scam immediately to the proper authorities, PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group, the real PNB and BDO fraud departments, and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). Document all evidence (messages, calls, transactions) to aid in the investigation. Scripture commands us to submit to governing authorities (Romans 13:1), and this is a matter of justice.
We also caution you to guard your heart against bitterness or despair. "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good" (Romans 12:21 WEB). Trust that God can redeem even this situation for His glory.
