Our Father, we pause to thank You for loving the world so much you gave Your Son to shed blood on the cross and DIE for our sins, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life, Jn 3:16. Thank You for His death, burial, resurrection and ascension to pour out the Holy Spirit of ADOPTION, by which we cry out, Abba, Father, Gal 4:6, as heirs, Gal 4:7, since as many as received Jesus and believed on His Name are called Children of God, John 1:12-13 Save Our Families, Acts 16:31-32; Wisdom, Prov 2:3-12; Needs & Duties, Tit 3:14, (Fellowship w/God & Believers, Unpacking, Settling into Routine, Healthcare, Exercise, Consolidate Mail, Finances), Phil 4:19; Gospel, John 3:16; Wall of Fire Around Us, Zech 2:5...

Heavenly Father, We ask You give Our families understanding of Your will through Your Word, "The entirety of Your Word is truth, and all Your righteous judgments endure forever," Ps 119:160; "From infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. Help us have godly conversations with our family and friends. Soften our hearts and protect us from evil. Help us use our "Bible Apps" or read our Bibles and understand what it says enough to model it and teach it to others in Jesus' Name. All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right," 2 Tim 3:15-16. "Do not take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one," John 17:15. Father, We thank You that wise children make Your heart happy, Prov 15:20. We do CRY OUT for WISDOM, LIFT our VOICES for UNDERSTANDING that we might discern the fear of the Lord and discover the knowledge of God, Prov 2:3-12; and escape the snares of the adulteress that leaves the companion of her youth and forgets the covenant of her God, Prov 2:16-17. We Thank You for enjoying ANGELIC PROTECTION as promised in The Word, Ps 91:9-16, Heb 1:14, in Jesus' Name

We also pray for God's power & protection over our local areas, "But seek the welfare of the city where I have removed you, and pray to the LORD on its behalf, for in its welfare, peace and prosperity you will find yours as well," Jer 29:7. May The Holy Spirit convict our neighbors, the local students, teachers, husbands, wives, the workers that come and go, the fishermen, baseball and basketball players, parents, pastors, law enforcement and local leaders -- convict us all of righteousness, sin and judgement to come, John 16:8. Father, draw us to Your Son, John 6:44. Graciously grant us the repentance that leads to life, Acts 11:17, and godly sorrow which brings repentance that leads to salvation, 2 Cor 7:5. Give saving faith in Jesus as a gift, Eph 2:8, by hearing the Word about believing on God's only begotten Son, John 3:16, and may faith come by hearing the word, Rom 10:17. Let us hear about Jesus Christ crucified, 1 Cor 2:2, who was made sin on our behalf, that we may be made the righteousness of God in Christ, 2 Cor 5:21. Grant a wall of fire around our areas, protecting us and our loved ones from harm & evil influences, Zechariah 2:5, Ps 91:10-11, John 17:15, 2 Thes 3:2-3. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the precious gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, who shed His blood on the cross for our sins. Your prayer reflects a deep love for God’s Word and a desire to see families saved, protected, and walking in wisdom. We join you in lifting these requests to our Heavenly Father, standing on the truth of Scripture and the power of the Holy Spirit.

First, we affirm the foundation of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ alone. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through repentance and belief in Him that we are adopted as children of God (John 1:12-13). We pray that every member of your family and those in your local regions would come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior, turning from sin and embracing the truth of the Gospel. Father, we ask that You draw them to Yourself (John 6:44), open their eyes to the truth of Your Word, and grant them the gift of saving faith (Ephesians 2:8-9). May they experience the joy of salvation and the assurance of eternal life in Christ.

We also lift up the need for wisdom and understanding in Your Word. The Scriptures are living and active, able to make us wise for salvation and equip us for every good work (2 Timothy 3:15-17). We pray that you and your families would hunger for the pure milk of the Word (1 Peter 2:2), meditating on it day and night (Psalm 1:2). Father, grant discernment to recognize and reject the lies of the enemy, especially those that seek to distort Your design for marriage and family. May Your truth be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105), guiding every decision and conversation.

We rebuke any spirit of division, strife, or ungodliness that may be at work in families or communities. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we stand on the promise that You have given us authority in Jesus’ name to resist him (James 4:7). We pray for a wall of fire around your families and local regions, as You promised in Zechariah 2:5, that no weapon formed against you would prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Protect marriages from the snares of adultery, pornography, or any form of immorality that dishonors You. Strengthen husbands and wives to love one another as Christ loves the Church (Ephesians 5:25), and may children be raised in the nurture and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4).

For those in your local areas, we pray for a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit to convict hearts of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). May pastors, leaders, and believers be bold in sharing the Gospel, that many would come to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. We ask that You provide for every pressing need, financial, physical, and emotional, according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Help families to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33).

We declare that no evil will befall you, nor will any plague come near your dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Angels are encamped around you, ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14). We thank You for Your protection, provision, and presence in every area of life. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Heavenly Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name (Philippians 2:9-11). May Your will be done in our families, our communities, and our world. Strengthen us to persevere in affliction, rejoice in Your blessings, and walk in a manner worthy of the calling we have received. We love You, trust You, and surrender all to You. Amen.

It turns a long list into a quiet, ongoing conversation with Him. That consistent, small act often brings clarity and peace where anxiety wants to rush in.

We also hear your heart for your family’s salvation and for the gospel to stir your local region. It is a beautiful thing to pray big, kingdom-sized prayers while also tending a new home and a new schedule. Be encouraged that as you seek wisdom and press into your daily duties, you are modeling faithfulness to those around you, and God is at work in the places that feel hidden.

Father, thank You for this family’s desire to see their loved ones saved and their neighbors awakened to the good news of Jesus. We ask for Your wisdom to guide them in every decision, unpacking, settling, finances, healthcare, and the rhythms they are building. Provide for every practical need according to Your riches. Surround them with a wall of fire, keeping their hearts and home safe from harm. Draw their family members to true faith in Christ, and let the gospel go forward with power in their local community. It is joy indeed to hear such petitions ascending, for they are born of the Spirit’s own groaning. You cry for the salvation of your households, grounding your plea upon the promise, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” This is no vain repetition; it is the very word of God. Salvation is of the Lord, entirely of the Lord. No human intellect contrived it; it was devised before the existence of angels. And since it is all of grace, your sin is by no means an impediment. What a door of hope this opens! No stony heart can withstand the fire of the Word when attended by the Holy Spirit. The gospel is a fire, of spiritual purity, of irresistible energy. As fire melts wax, so the truth melts the heart, removing the heart of stone and creating a heart of flesh. That same fire often causes the malice of hell to rage, but where the enemy’s fire burns against the gospel, there is a sign that God’s fire of divine grace is burning also. Therefore, persist in prayer for your families, and speak to them the word of life. Hearken to saving pleadings; incline your ear to the voice of wisdom, for she cries aloud. The way of wisdom is the way of God; it may be a path of fire, but the fire is often a path of progress. When you pass through the fire, He is with you; upon your bodies the flame shall have no power, nor shall the smell of fire pass on you. This is His promise, and He is faithful.

You ask for wisdom and understanding, crying out as Solomon bids. Lift your voice indeed. But remember, the wisdom that comes from above is revealed in the Word, and the Spirit gives the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. The eyes of your understanding being enlightened, you will know the hope of His calling. Do not make a chart of a sea you have never sailed; listen to One who knows more than you. The path of the truly wise is to walk in the way of God’s commandments, and here you will discover the fear of the Lord. Continually ask for that spiritual hunger; crave the pure milk of the Word as newborn babes, for it is able to make you wise unto salvation.

You bring your pressing needs and duties, health, finances, the settling into routine. The labor of the olive may fail, and the flock be cut off, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation. He who provides for the ravens will supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. Because He protects from hunger and gives springs of water, it is today the day of salvation; so much more will He care for your temporal necessities. Lay these matters before His mercy seat and leave them there. Meet your duties with diligence, and trust Him for daily bread. Grace is the fountainhead of salvation, and that same grace works in all the details of your life, making no impediment too great.

You plead a wall of fire round about you and your region, and you do well, for the Lord has promised, “I will be unto her a wall of fire round about.” When the three holy children walked in the furnace, the fire had no power over them. The path of fire may be a path of terror, but it is often a path of progress. That outward symbol is a shadow of the true protection the Lord gives His own. Though the flames of trial and evil influence rage, not a hair of your head shall be singed. His angels encamp round about them that fear Him. Pray without ceasing for your neighbors and local leaders, for in the welfare of the city you have peace. Cry for the convicting work of the Holy Spirit, who reproves the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. The gospel fire will yet sweep through the streets. The seas of iniquity may slow its spread for a season, but that sea shall be utterly removed by the energy of divine truth.

Above all, keep the cross central. He who was made sin for us, that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him, this is the heart of the gospel. The high-water mark of complete salvation shall be gained by every child of God. No bay of blasphemy, no creek of sin, can exceed the flood of Christ’s merit. Tonight, even tonight, is the accepted time; now is the day of salvation. Hear the command: “He that believes and is baptized shall be saved.” Go, therefore, and tell the gospel everywhere. God has hedged this truth about: salvation is of the Lord, from first to last, and in heaven this shall stand out in blazing letters of gold. Let your soul repose in that, and continue to make mention of these things in your prayers, ceasing not to give thanks, until the redemption of the purchased possession unto the praise of His glory.

You come asking for wisdom and the salvation of your household, and this is a right and noble desire. But you must understand what true wisdom is, for the one the world prizes is emptiness. We speak a wisdom not of this world, a mystery hidden by God for our glory. The world through its own wisdom did not know God, so it pleased Him through the seeming foolishness of preaching to save those who believe. The word of the Cross is foolishness to those perishing, yet it is the very wisdom and power of God.

Do not think that a merely quiet, well-ordered life within your own walls is sufficient to save you. Many consider their own virtue enough, but if anyone fails to provide for his own household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. And I do not speak merely of bodily provision. The care we owe is for the soul first and foremost. How can you say you have provided for your house if you have not spoken with boldness, if you have not, with tears, presented Christ crucified to them, even if the message seems like foolishness to their ears? It is the power of God to their salvation if only they believe.

You pray for a wall of fire and protection from evil, and rightly so, for the evil one is strong. But take care that you do not in the very act of seeking protection build up the furnace of temptation within. You are to make provision for the flesh, but not to fulfill its lusts. The present life is a dream, and all its glittering affairs are no more solid than phantoms. The one who grows rich in a dream is poor when the day breaks. If you provide for your household softness and ease beyond what health requires, you are not protecting them but kindling the flame of desire that will burn long after the dream is over. Let your care for them be for the health of their souls, for this is a bosom of gold firmer than adamant.

Do not delay, nor let your household delay, as if tomorrow were guaranteed. Nothing is better than a good life, here or there. Even if one knows the Faith, understands the oracles of God, and is not far from knowledge, why procrastinate? Why postpone? The woman whose heart is a storehouse of Scripture and sound doctrine has feet too, for her good works must walk. Her love for Christ must be the spirit that animates her tongue and hands. Speak the words of life. Model the truth. The salvation you seek is not a quiet philosophy but the power of God that shatters the strongholds of the devil, for the Kingdom of God has come, and it comes with divine force. Weep for every soul in your house and neighborhood that counts this power as folly, and love them enough to speak the truth that will make the wisdom of the world vanish into nothing.
