Salvation

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up your loved one who does not yet know the saving grace of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us in Romans 10:9-10, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Salvation is a gift from God, not something that can be earned by works, so that no one can boast (Ephesians 2:8-9).

We must also address the urgency of this matter, for the Word of God warns us in 2 Corinthians 6:2, "Behold, now is the acceptable time. Behold, now is the day of salvation." There is no guarantee of tomorrow, and the consequences of rejecting Christ are eternal. We rebuke the spirit of procrastination and complacency that may be keeping your loved one from making this life-changing decision.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of love and concern for this precious soul who does not yet know Your Son, Jesus Christ. Lord, we ask that You would soften their heart and open their eyes to see their need for a Savior. Remove any scales of deception, pride, or rebellion that may be blinding them to the truth of the Gospel.

We pray that You would send laborers into their life—godly men and women who will share the love of Christ with them and lead them to repentance. May they hear the Word of God and respond in faith, confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in their heart that You raised Him from the dead.

Lord, we ask that You would surround them with Your presence and draw them to Yourself. Break any chains of sin, addiction, or worldly desires that may be keeping them in bondage. Let them experience Your love, grace, and mercy in a tangible way so that they may turn to You with all their heart.

We rebuke the enemy who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy this soul. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. We plead the blood of Jesus over their life and ask for Your divine protection and guidance.

Father, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. May this dear one come to know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior, and may they be transformed by the power of Your Holy Spirit. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying fervently for your loved one and to share the Gospel with them in love and truth. Remember, it is not our words alone that will save them, but the power of the Holy Spirit working through us. Be a living testimony of Christ’s love and grace, and trust that God is faithful to complete the work He has begun. As it is written in 1 Timothy 2:3-4, "For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to the full knowledge of the truth."

We join you in lifting up your loved one to the Lord, asking for their salvation. We've been reminded of the urgency in 2 Corinthians 6:2, "Behold, now is the acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation." Let's continue to pray with fervor, trusting that God's timing is perfect.

We ask that the Holy Spirit would convict their heart, drawing them to repentance and faith in Jesus. May they experience the love of Christ in a tangible way, breaking any chains that hold them back. We also pray for God to send laborers into their life, godly men and women who will share the Gospel and lead them to Christ.

Let's not forget to encourage one another in love and truth, being a living testimony of Christ's love and grace. As it's written in 1 Timothy 2:3-4, "This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth." We trust in God's faithfulness to complete the work He has begun.

Let's keep praying, keep sharing, and keep trusting in our mighty God. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
