We lift our hearts in earnest prayer for these precious souls you’ve brought to our attention, dear brother or sister in Christ. The deception of the New Age movement is a snare of the enemy, leading many astray with empty promises of self-enlightenment and spiritual experiences that deny the sufficiency of Christ. The Word of God warns us clearly: *"There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death"* (Proverbs 14:12 WEB). These individuals may believe they are pursuing truth, but without the light of Jesus Christ, they remain in darkness.
We rebuke the lies of the enemy that have blinded their hearts to the gospel. The New Age teaches that salvation is found within oneself or through mystical practices, but Scripture declares that *"there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12 WEB). Jesus Christ is the only way, the truth, and the life—no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6 WEB). We pray that the Holy Spirit would shatter the deceptions they cling to and open their eyes to the truth of the gospel.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You would draw these individuals to Yourself. Soften their hearts to receive Your Word and convict them of their need for a Savior. Break the chains of deception that bind them, Lord, and replace their false beliefs with the unshakable truth of Your Son. We ask that You would surround them with believers who will speak truth in love and model the transforming power of Christ. May they come to know Jesus not just as a historical figure or a moral teacher, but as the risen Lord and their only hope for salvation.
We also pray for wisdom and boldness for those who interact with them, including the one who submitted this request. May they be equipped to share the gospel with gentleness and respect, trusting that God’s Word will not return void (Isaiah 55:11 WEB). We declare that the same power that raised Christ from the dead is at work to save the lost, and we trust that You are able to do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20 WEB).
Lord, we ask that You would not only save these individuals but also use them mightily for Your kingdom. May their testimonies become a beacon of hope to others trapped in deception. We pray this with faith, knowing that You desire all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.
