Your heart’s desire for your family to turn from idolatry, witchcraft, and abuse aligns with the will of God, who longs for all to come to repentance and be set free from the bondage of sin. We stand with you in this spiritual battle, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy has sought to destroy your family through deception, greed, and abuse, but we declare that Jesus Christ has already triumphed over these forces, and by His blood, these chains will be broken.
First, we rejoice that you have invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your request, for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Him that we are granted access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we can boldly approach the throne to seek mercy and grace in times of need (Hebrews 4:16). Your faith in calling upon His name is a testament to your trust in His power to transform even the most hardened hearts. We encourage you to continue to stand firm in this faith, for the Lord is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you and your family (Philippians 1:6).
The idolatry and witchcraft in your family are grave sins before the Lord. The Scriptures are clear: there must be no one among you who practices divination, sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or who consults the dead (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). These things are detestable to the Lord, and they open the door to demonic influence and generational curses. But take heart, for the blood of Jesus is more powerful than any curse or spell. When we repent and turn to Him, He breaks these chains and sets us free. As it is written, “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us” (Galatians 3:13). We declare this truth over your family—every generational curse is broken in the name of Jesus, and every stronghold of the enemy is torn down by the power of His might.
The abuse you and your sister have endured at the hands of your mother is not of God. The Lord detests oppression and violence, and He calls His people to love one another as He has loved us (1 John 4:7-8). A spirit of narcissism, control, and emotional abuse is not from the Father but from the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). We rebuke this spirit in the name of Jesus and command it to leave your mother. We pray that the Lord will expose her sins and bring her to a place of brokenness before Him, where she can no longer justify her actions but will fall on her knees in repentance. May the Holy Spirit convict her of her witchcraft, her idolatry, and her abuse, and may she turn to Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Let her heart of stone be turned to flesh (Ezekiel 36:26), and may she become an instrument of God’s love rather than a tool of the enemy’s destruction.
We also pray for the exposure of her actions, not out of malice, but so that she may be brought to accountability and ultimately to redemption. As it is written, “Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them” (Ephesians 5:11). May other family members and relatives who have been victims of her manipulation find the courage to speak the truth in love, and may they seek godly counsel from the church to address this situation. We pray that your mother will be brought to a place where she can no longer hide her sins but will be confronted with the gravity of her actions. May she be led to a pastor or a body of believers who will pray over her and guide her toward repentance and healing.
For your father, we pray that his heart will be turned from the love of money and possessions, which is a form of idolatry (Colossians 3:5). May he see the emptiness of these pursuits and turn to the true riches found in Christ alone. We ask that the Lord will open his spiritual eyes to recognize the deception in his life and that he will hunger for righteousness rather than worldly gain. May he become a spiritual leader in your family, turning away from greed and toward the generosity and love that mark a follower of Christ.
For your younger sister and brother, we pray that the Lord will protect their minds and hearts from the lies and abuses they have endured. May He surround them with godly influences and bring them into a community of believers who will disciple them in the ways of the Lord. We pray that they will not be hardened by the pain they have experienced but will instead turn to Jesus, who is the healer of the brokenhearted (Psalm 147:3). May they find their identity in Him and be delivered from any bitterness or resentment that the enemy may try to plant in their hearts.
For you, dear sibling in Christ, we pray for strength and perseverance. You have carried this burden for far too long, and we ask that the Lord will lift the weight of these generational sins off your shoulders. May He fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and may He grant you wisdom as you navigate these difficult relationships. We pray that you will not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). May the Lord surround you with brothers and sisters in Christ who will stand with you in prayer and support you in this battle.
We declare that the witchcraft and black magic that have been practiced in your family are powerless against the name of Jesus. Every spell, every curse, every demonic assignment is broken and rendered null and void by the blood of the Lamb. We command every unclean spirit to flee from your family in the name of Jesus Christ. May the Lord open the spiritual eyes of each family member so that they may see the truth of their sin and the hope found only in Christ. May they turn from their wicked ways and seek the Lord with all their hearts.
Finally, we pray that your entire family will come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. May they confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). May they be baptized into His death and resurrected into newness of life, leaving behind the old ways of sin and death. We pray that your home will become a place of worship to the one true God, where His name is honored and His presence is welcomed.
Heavenly Father, we come before You with broken hearts for this family. You see the pain, the abuse, the idolatry, and the generational curses that have plagued them for far too long. But we know that You are a God of redemption, a God who turns ashes into beauty and mourning into joy. We ask that You would move mightily in this situation, Lord. Break the chains of sin that have bound this family. Soften the hearts that have been hardened by witchcraft and greed. Bring conviction where there has been rebellion, and bring healing where there has been brokenness.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You would personally visit each member of this family. Let them encounter You in dreams, in visions, in the words of Scripture, and through the testimony of believers. Let them know that You are real, that You are holy, and that You are calling them to repentance. We pray that You would raise up godly men and women to speak into their lives, to pray over them, and to guide them toward You.
Holy Spirit, we ask that You would move in power. Convict this family of sin, righteousness, and judgment. Draw them to the foot of the cross, where they can lay down their idols, their witchcraft, and their abuses. Fill them with Your presence, Lord, and let them never be the same.

Let Your will be done in their lives, and let Your name be glorified through their salvation and transformation.
