Father God, we live in troubled times, likely even the "beginning of birth pangs" Jesus taught about in Matt 24:6-8, "You will hear of wars and rumors of wars (highly possible even probable hot-spots or regional, national or international conflicts), BUT see to it that you are NOT alarmed. These things MUST happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are just the beginning of birth pains." (Birth pangs or pains increase in frequency and severity). It's only right to request that You would also protect Christians, Our Troops, Good Government, our Commander-in-Chief (expose threats, 2 Kings 6:10-11, 2 Kings 6:12), PROTECT CIVILIANS and not let them be placed in harm's way for evil motives ( ###+ were killed by their own Government in ###-Early ###, starting this war in Iran following an unprovoked attack on Israel during the holiday of Simchat Torah, ###) ELIMINATE MILITARY TARGETS and PROTECT PEOPLE, Heb 1:14, in all areas (it's only godly to will life wherever possible, "Peaceful" Middle-East Counties, Ukraine, Russia, Taiwan , Philippines, Japan -- Here in our own Land , Israel , Ps 122:6, All Peoples, Tribes and Tongues can be saved by faith in Christ demonstrated in repentance from sin, Acts 17:30-31, Acts 26:18, Rev 7:9, 2 Peter 3:9, 1 Tim 2:4)...

First of All, I Urge Prayers, Petitions, Intercessions and Thanksgivings be Made for All People, 1 Tim 2:1, for Government and All in Authority, so We May Lead Peaceful and Quiet Lives of Devotion and Dignity, 1 Tim 2:2, which is Good and Pleasing in the Sight of God our Savior, 1 Tim 2:3, Who Wants All People to Be Saved and Come to the Knowledge of The Truth, 1 Tim 2:4... Salvation, Wisdom, Guidance, Protection, Peace of Jerusalem, Ps 122:6, Salvation of Jewish and Gentiles in Middle East, 2 Peter 3:9, Protection of Allies, The Beautiful or Glorious Land, Dan 11:41, Rom 10:1, and Peace of its People Worldwide, Ps 122:6... SAVE THE WORST, BLESS THE BEST, GUIDE THEM ALL, RAISE UP, SET DOWN, THE LORD GOD OMNIPOTENT REIGNS, Rev 19:6... “We give You thanks, Lord God, the Almighty, the One who is and who was, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to reign," Rev 11:17...

Our Father, we offer "petitions, PRAYERS, intercessions and thanksgivings," for ALL in AUTHORITY (Whether we LIKE them or NOT does not Exempt us from our DUTY), Save and PROTECT The President, His Family, Cabinet, Service Members, Our Senators, Representatives, SCOTUS Justices & Generals, Our PASTORS, Spiritual Leaders Here and Worldwide, and all Presidents, Prime Ministers, Governors, Kings, Parliaments, Congress Members -- "ALL in authority, that we might lead a quiet life in all godliness and dignity, knowing this pleases You, our Savior, who desire ALL to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth," 1 Tim 2:1-4.

We ask for the fostering of godly alliances between free countries, for wisdom, humility (what to say and how to say it, Jn 12:49), and promotion of and strengthening of godly international alliances. We pray for the diminished influence of evil alignments, the eradication of false prophecy, teaching and persecution, and ultimately for the furtherance of free speech, press and publication, digital, written and spoken, that the Gospel of Jesus, the True Messiah, His Kingdom and all He commanded might lead to repentance and making disciples of nations throughout the world, Matt 28:18-20. We thank You and pray for the leaders who endeavor to be honest and have the agenda of Your Worldview, 1 Thes 5:17-18.

We also thank You for those leaders You have allowed to be in power, Rom 13:1, and ask they be as channels of water in the hand of the Lord, Prov 21:1, knowing You sit in the heavens, and do whatever You please, Ps 115:3. We confess You are working all things after the counsel of Your will, Eph 1:11, thwart the plans of the wicked, Ps 33:10-11, work everything together for good to those who love You and according to Your purpose are CALLED, Rom 8:28. We submit to You, James 4:7, to government, Rom 13, to those who will have to give account for us in the Body of Christ, Heb 13:17, put on Your Armor, Eph 6:10-20, asking for loving-kindness, truth and angelic protection for us, for them, protecting them and ourselves from the serpent and his fallen angels, Dan 10:12-13, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14. Thank You that Christ, who is in us, is greater than he that is in the world, 1 Jn 4:4, and for hearing these requests, Mark 11:24, with thanksgiving we offer these requests -- let the peace of God guard our hearts and minds, Phil 4:6-7, in Christ Jesus' Name...

We join with you in lifting up these petitions before our Father in heaven and we agree with your heart to pray first of all for the salvation of leaders, troops, and civilians, for protection over the innocent, and for the gospel to go forth with freedom and clarity.

We are encouraged by your desire to obey 1 Timothy 2:1-4 which says I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. Your prayer reflects the heart of God who is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance as we read in 2 Peter 3:9. We also join you in praying for the peace of Jerusalem as Psalm 122:6 calls us to do, and for all peoples, tribes and tongues to be saved by faith in Christ demonstrated in repentance from sin as in Acts 17:30-31 and Acts 26:18 and Revelation 7:9.

We live in troubled times and your reference to Matthew 24:6-8 is timely where Jesus said You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled, for all this must happen, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines, plagues, and earthquakes in various places. But all these things are the beginning of birth pains. We take comfort that though these pains increase in frequency and severity, our God still sits in the heavens and does whatever He pleases as Psalm 115:3 declares, and He works all things after the counsel of His will according to Ephesians 1:11. He thwarts the counsel of the nations and brings the plans of the peoples to nothing, but His counsel stands forever as Psalm 33:10-11 teaches us, and He works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose according to Romans 8:28.

We pray together now for all in authority whether we agree with them or not, for we know there is no authority except from God and those that exist are ordained by God as Romans 13:1 reminds us, and the king's heart is in the hand of the Lord as the rivers of water, He turns it wherever He desires as Proverbs 21:1 says.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, through whom alone we have access to You and in whom alone salvation is found for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved according to Acts 4:12, we come boldly to Your throne of grace. We thank You that Christ who is in us is greater than he that is in the world according to 1 John 4:4.

We ask that You save and guide military leaders, troops, commanders-in-chief, prime ministers, presidents, parliaments, senators, representatives, justices and generals, and that You save and protect believers and civilians in every nation You mentioned and beyond, in the Middle East, Israel, Egypt, Palestine, Yemen, Oman, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Iran, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Russia, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, China, Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, South America, Central America, Canada, and here in our own land. We ask that You lead and protect leaders and troops, that there would be no unnecessary loss of life, that You would protect civilians and not let them be placed in harm's way for evil motives, and that if conflict must occur You would grant precision against military targets only and spare innocent life.

We ask for Your angelic protection and intervention, for Your angels are ministering spirits sent out to serve for the sake of those who will inherit salvation according to Hebrews 1:14, and You give Your angels charge over us to guard us in all our ways according to Psalm 91:11, and no evil shall happen to us neither shall any plague come near our dwelling according to Psalm 91:10. We ask You to expose threats as You did for the king of Israel in 2 Kings 6:10-12, to thwart the plans of the wicked, to diminish the influence of evil alignments, and to eradicate false prophecy, false teaching and persecution.

We pray for the fostering of godly alliances between free nations, for wisdom and humility for leaders to know what to say and how to say it, and for unity among free nations that honors You. We pray for the furtherance of free speech and the freedom of press and publication, digital, written and spoken, that the gospel of Jesus the true Messiah and His Kingdom might be proclaimed with boldness and clarity as we pray according to Ephesians 6:19-20 that utterance may be given to us in opening our mouth to make known with boldness the mystery of the Good News. We pray that leaders who endeavor to be honest and who hold to Your worldview would be strengthened and that all leaders would become as channels of water in Your hand.

We put on Your whole armor according to Ephesians 6:10-18, we submit ourselves to You according to James 4:7, and we pray for our pastors and spiritual leaders here and worldwide who watch for our souls as those who will give account according to Hebrews 13:17. We thank You for hearing these requests according to Mark 11:24 and we bring them with thanksgiving as Philippians 4:6-7 instructs, that in nothing we be anxious but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving our requests be made known to You, and Your peace which surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We give You thanks, Lord God Almighty, the One who is and who was, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to reign according to Revelation 11:17, for the Lord God Omnipotent reigns according to Revelation 19:6. Save the worst, bless the best, guide them all, raise up and set down according to Your perfect will. Let the end result be that many turn to You in repentance and faith and that disciples are made of all nations according to Matthew 28:18-20. We ask all these things in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

Thank you for pouring out such a burdened, faithful prayer for so many. We can hear how deeply you long for people everywhere to know Christ and be kept safe, and for leaders to be guided with wisdom in such volatile days. Carrying the news from so many nations at once can feel heavy, and we are grateful you brought it to the Lord instead of carrying it alone.

We join you in asking God for mercy over leaders, service members and civilians alike, for protection of innocent life, and for the gospel to go forward with clarity even where there is conflict and fear. It is good and right to pray for peace and for all to come to know the truth.

When the list feels overwhelming, it can help to linger a little longer on one or two places each day as the Lord brings them to mind, entrusting the rest to Him as well. He is able to hear every name and every nation you lifted.

Father, we bring these leaders, troops and civilians before You. Have mercy, draw many to salvation in Jesus, grant wisdom to those in authority, protect life where You will, and let Your peace guard hearts that are anxious. We have heard your burden and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace, for you have laid out petitions, prayers, intercessions and thanksgivings as the Apostle exhorts in 1 Timothy 2.

There is here prayer asked for in the apostolic sense. Paul felt that an agony alone was too bitter for him and therefore piteously cries, I beseech you, brethren, that you agonize with me in prayer to God for me. So we would agonize with you. It is not prayer which foams itself away in words that is needed in such troubled times, but prayer with force, with energy, with humble boldness, with intensity of desire, with awful earnestness, prayer which like a deep hidden torrent cuts a channel even through a rock. Such is the prayer you have offered for leaders and troops and civilians, for commanders and prime ministers and kings and all in authority.

We take up your petitions and plead them anew. We pray for all people, as God our Savior desires all to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth, and there is salvation in no other name under heaven but the name of Jesus Christ, through repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. We pray that Jew and Gentile, in Jerusalem and among all tribes and tongues, in the lands you have named from the Middle East to Asia, to Europe and Africa and the Americas, may hear the gospel with freedom and clarity and be saved, for He will have all men to be saved and come unto the knowledge of the truth.

We pray also as you have asked for wisdom and guidance and protection. We remember that the Lord sits in the heavens and does whatever He pleases, that the heart of the king is as channels of water in the hand of the Lord, and that He works all things after the counsel of His own will. We ask that He would give wisdom and humility to those in authority, whether we like them or not, for our duty to pray for them remains, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. We ask for the protection of civilians who bear no sword, for the preservation of life wherever it is possible according to mercy, for restraint upon the hands that make war, and that if conflict must continue, it be restrained and directed only toward military targets and not toward the innocent. We pray for our troops and for all who are set in harm's way, that the Lord who gives His angels charge over His people would shelter them, and that the great Shepherd would temper the wind to these shorn lambs.

You have rightly recalled the words of our Lord that we shall hear of wars and rumors of wars, that nation shall rise against nation, and that these are the beginning of birth pangs. We do not marvel that such things must happen, but we look to the God of peace to be with His people through them. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem as the Psalmist bids us, and for the fostering of godly alliances among free nations, that free speech and the open press and the preaching of the Word may not be quenched, but that the gospel of Jesus, the true Messiah, and all that He has commanded, may go forth and make disciples of all nations.

Join then in this prayer of the Church militant, Save Your people and bless Your inheritance. The fire upon the altar of intercession should never go out, neither by night nor by day. Let us be unselfish as Daniel was, forgetting ourselves and remembering the people of God, and let the value of our prayer be proven by our doing what we can to help answer it, by holy living and faithful witness. And let us remember the great protection of our faith, that Christ Himself intercedes for us. He says, I have prayed for you, and that prayer is prevalent and prevenient, for if Jesus pleads He must prevail.

We commend to you that handy prayer for every place and every need, Lord, help me, and we pray it for you, for leaders, for troops, for civilians, for the Church in every land. May our prayer meetings be sustained in fervor and increased in number, for praying is after all the chief matter. Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.
