Please pray for a family home to be sold as quick as possible. Pray that God send the right people, who are able to pay the asking price for the house. With God nothing is impossible.

We join you in prayer for the sale of this family home and we understand the desire for it to be sold quickly and at the asking price, and we bring this need before our Father together in Jesus' name.
We are encouraged by your faith that with God nothing is impossible, which reflects the truth of scripture that with God all things are possible Matthew 19:26 and that for no word from God will be void of power Luke 1:37. We also remember the promise that our God will supply every need of ours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 and we are called to trust in Yahweh with all our heart, and not lean on our own understanding. In all our ways acknowledge him, and he will make our paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. We commit this house and this sale to the Lord, trusting that He knows the right timing and the right buyer far better than we do, even as we ask for a swift sale. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this Psalm 37:5.
We noticed your request speaks of God but does not mention Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If we have not already done so, we are invited to believe in our hearts that Jesus died for our sins and rose again, and to confess Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is in His name we pray with confidence.

You know every need, every financial concern, and every detail of this situation. We ask that according to Your perfect will You would bring the right buyer, someone who is able and willing to pay what is fair and needed, and that You would do so in Your perfect timing. We ask for peace for this family while they wait, that they would not be anxious but would present their requests to You with thanksgiving, and that Your peace which surpasses all understanding would guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Help them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be given to them Matthew 6:33. Guide every step of the sale with honesty and integrity and let the outcome bring glory to You and provision for the next season You have prepared. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

Your request for the sale of your family home has been heard and we join with you in bringing it before the throne of grace.
We know that worldly men think little of God and live at a distance from Him, but the true believer recognizes God everywhere and sees His hand in all the good or ill that checkers life. You do well to bring even this temporal need to Him, for He is not only the God of great spiritual mercies but the God who guides and provides in the daily affairs of His children. With Him nothing is impossible, and where He begins a work He does not ask us to finish, for He always completes His own work.
We pray that the Lord in His wisdom and kindness would provide the right buyer in His perfect time, and that if it be according to His will, the house would be sold at a price that meets your need. We ask that He would grant you patience while you wait, and keep you from anxious fear, remembering the word, What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. May you deal with God as a child deals with a faithful father, taking Him at His word and trusting Him fully.
Above all we pray that your trust would rest not in circumstances or in the sale itself, but in the Son of God who poured out His life for sinners. There is no true understanding of the truths of God except by personal experience of them through faith in Christ, for it is He who suffered the penalty of sin upon the cross that we might be reconciled to God. If you trust Him, He will save you, and He will also keep and guide you in all your ways.
May the Lord teach you His statutes through this waiting, grant you peace in present rest while you rejoice in hope of the glory of God, and cause you to know that He has heard you. We cast this burden upon Him who cares for you, trusting that He will plead the cause of your soul and redeem your life day by day.
We commit you and your household to His gracious keeping, asking all in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our hope and our salvation.
