Please pray for ###, keep him safe on his travels around ###. Keep him safe out of all danger and all bad company, in Jesus's name. Amen.

We join you in lifting up this dear one to the Lord and we thank you for bringing this request before the throne in Jesus' name, for it is through Him that we have access to the Father.
We pray for the Lord's hand of protection over him as he travels. We ask God to keep him safe from all danger, seen and unseen, and to guard his steps wherever he goes. We are reminded of the promise in Psalm 121:7-8, Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. And in Psalm 91:11, For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways.
We also join you in praying that the Lord will keep him from bad company and surround him with godly influences. Your concern for the company he keeps is wise and biblical, for we know that 1 Corinthians 15:33 warns us, Don't be deceived. Evil companionships corrupt good morals. And Proverbs 13:20 tells us, One who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm. We pray that God will give him discernment to choose companions wisely and to walk in the counsel of the righteous, even while he is away from home.
Let us pray together.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this young man to You. We ask that You place a hedge of protection around him as he travels. Keep him safe from accidents, from harm, and from every scheme of the enemy. Guide his path and bring him home safely in Your perfect timing. Lord, we also ask that You guard his heart and mind. Keep him from evil companions and from temptations that would lead him astray. Surround him with people who will encourage him in what is good and true, and help him to be a light for You wherever he goes. Give him wisdom to recognize and turn away from bad company. We trust him into Your loving care, knowing that You are faithful to keep Your children. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to entrust him to the Lord with thanksgiving, knowing that God hears our prayers and is faithful to watch over His own.

We join you in bringing ### before the throne of grace and we count it a privilege to pray with you for his safety.
We ask our heavenly Father to spread His protection wonderfully over him as he travels. There is a shelter that is safe indeed, for He has promised to cover us with His feathers, and under His wings we may trust. We pray that ### may know not only protection from outward danger, but that sense of comfort and happiness which makes the child of God feel at home under the shadow of the Almighty. Amid all the uncertainties of the road, how safe we are when embarked in the good ship of Providence, with such a Captain who has foreordained all things and whose superintendence fails not.
We pray also as you have asked, that he may be kept from bad company. We know from observation and from Scripture how association with the ungodly tends to make even the careful Christian like those around him, and how difficult it is to keep free from the contamination of such company. A doubtful jest, a little deviation from strictness, and a man is committed farther than he thinks. So we pray with greater earnestness for his soul than even for his body, saying, My God, keep him day by day from sin, defend him from evil. For we are more afraid of sin than of any outward peril.
We take comfort in the promise that He shall give His angels charge over him, to keep him in all his ways. This protection is personal and perpetual to those who rest in God through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we may come to the Father, and no other argument that can prevail with God in prayer but for Christ's sake alone.
May the Lord keep ### in his going out and his coming in, preserve him from danger, deliver him from every evil companionship, and bring him safely through every appointed way, that whether at home or abroad he may be found safe, safe, safe and near our God. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We join you in prayer for his travels and ask the Lord to keep him safe.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your care and protection over Your children. We ask in the name of Jesus that You would watch over him on his travels, guard his steps, and keep him from all danger. Grant him wisdom and discernment to walk prudently and not to throw himself into needless risk, but to trust You with faith and good judgment.
We also pray that You would keep him from bad company and from every influence that would lead him away from what is good. As Scripture teaches, evil comes from remissness and from keeping company with the bad, so we ask that You surround him with wise and faithful companions and give him strength to turn away from anything that would harm his soul or his witness. Keep his heart fixed on You.
We commit his journey to Your hands, asking for Your grace to preserve him and bring him safely through, for Your glory. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Your love and concern for him in bringing this to prayer is a beautiful expression of faith. It is right to place those we care about into the hands of the Lord, especially when they are traveling and we cannot be with them.
Scripture reminds us where true safety is found. We can make every reasonable preparation, yet the proverb says the horse is prepared for the day of battle, but safety belongs to the Lord. Unless the Lord guards the city, the watchman stays awake in vain. Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build labor in vain. This does not mean we are careless, but it means our ultimate confidence is not in our own plans or precautions, but in the Lord himself who watches over his people.
He is our refuge and our fortress, and we can trust in him. One psalm speaks of dwelling in the shelter of the Most High and finding rest in his shadow, saying of the Lord, He is my refuge. His truth is a shield and protection against the attacks of the enemy, just as Jesus used the truth of God's word when he was tested. And we have the promise that God will give his angels charge over his own to keep them, to bear them up so they do not stumble.
There is a helpful example in the life of Ezra. He had to transport a great treasure over a long and dangerous road where there was little protection and the strong often oppressed the weak. He could have asked the king for soldiers and horsemen to escort him, but he had already testified to the king that the hand of God is upon all those who seek him for good. So instead of relying on an armed escort, he proclaimed a fast and prayed, committing the journey to God, and God answered and protected them on the way. In the same way, we can commit this traveler to the Lord in prayer and trust the Lord to keep him.
You also prayed that he would be kept from bad company, and that is a wise prayer. Scripture warns that there is a progression in the influence of the ungodly. First a person walks in their counsel, then stands in their way, then sits in their seat. Lot is an example of the danger of gradually pitching one's tent toward what is ungodly. At first he looked toward that city, then he moved near it, then he lived inside it, and it affected his own values and his family. To pray for protection from corrupting companions is to ask God to guard not only his body but his heart and his choices.
So let us pray together. Father, in the name of Jesus we lift up this dear one to you as he travels. We ask that you would be his refuge and his keeper. Keep him from danger and from harm, guide his steps, and give wisdom in every decision on the road. Surround him with your presence and let your truth be his shield. Keep him also from companions and influences that would draw him away from what is good and pure, and bring godly people across his path. We commit his going out and his coming in to you, and we thank you that our safety is in your hands. May he know your nearness and your peace wherever he goes. Amen.
