Safe travels

We lift up this precious young person to the Lord as they embark on this new journey to college for the summer. Father God, we ask for Your divine protection to surround them as they travel. Guard them from all harm, accidents, and dangers seen and unseen. We pray Psalm 91:11 over them, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." May Your angels encamp around them, keeping them safe in every step they take.
Lord, we also ask for godly wisdom to fill their heart and mind. In this new environment, give them discernment to make choices that honor You. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." May they lean on You completely, seeking Your guidance in all things.
We pray for godly friendships to surround them, believers who will encourage them in their faith and walk with Christ. Help them to stand firm in their convictions and to be a light in this new place. May they grow closer to You this summer, deepening their relationship with Jesus as they navigate this season.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, loneliness, or temptation that may try to creep in. We declare that this young person is covered by the blood of Jesus and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Strengthen them with Your peace and joy as they step into this new chapter.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We’re praying so hard for this young man as he steps into this new adventure, what an exciting but also nerve-wracking time for him. Lord, we ask that You go before him in every detail of this journey, whether it’s the road trip, the check-in at his dorm, or the first days of classes. Keep his heart focused on You, and let His peace guard his mind as he navigates new people and unfamiliar routines.
We’re also lifting up the relationships he’ll form, may he be drawn to believers who will challenge him to grow, not just in knowledge, but in faith. And Lord, when he feels overwhelmed or unsure, remind him that You’re right there with him, holding his hand through every step. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
