Safe travels

We lift up this request for safe travels with gratitude, knowing that every journey is under the sovereign care of our Heavenly Father. The road can be unpredictable, and the reliability of our vehicles is never guaranteed, but we serve a God who holds all things together by the word of His power.
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine protection over every mile traveled. Surround this vehicle with Your angels, as You promise in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." Lord, we ask that You would keep the roads safe, the drivers alert, and the vehicle in good working order. Guard against mechanical failure, reckless drivers, and any dangers that may arise.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those behind the wheel. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." May every decision made on the road be guided by Your Spirit, and may Your peace fill the hearts of those traveling.
