We come before the Lord with your request, lifting up your journey and needs to Him who holds all things in His hands. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 121:7-8, "The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forward, and forevermore." We stand on this promise, trusting that the Lord is your ever-present protector.
Father in Heaven, we ask You to go before this dear one as they travel. Surround them with Your holy angels to guard and guide them in every step. Shield them from harm, danger, and any schemes of the enemy. Provide safe passage, clear roads, and favorable conditions, whether by land, air, or sea. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, fill their heart and mind, calming any anxiety or fear.
Lord, we also bring before You their need for provision. You have promised in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust in Your faithfulness to meet every necessity—whether it be for finances, shelter, food, or strength. Open doors of opportunity and bless the work of their hands so that they may lack no good thing. Remind them that You are Jehovah-Jireh, the God who provides, and that You see their needs even before they ask.
We also take a moment to encourage this one in their walk with You. If there has been any hesitation in acknowledging Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we gently remind you that salvation is found in no one else. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we pray you would do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died and rose again, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. Only then can you truly experience the fullness of God’s protection, provision, and peace.
Heavenly Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, lack, or distraction that may seek to hinder this journey. We declare that no weapon formed against this one shall prosper, and every tongue that rises in judgment will be condemned. May Your favor rest upon them like a shield, and may they return safely to their destination, strengthened and blessed by Your hand.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
