Praise The Lord I have been sleeping well. I am starting not to dread the night anymore. I am more relaxed now without ### to help calm me or ###. Thank You Holy Spirit for fighting off negative thoughts creating fear where there really is no basis. Thank You Holy Spirit for giving me and letting me keep my sound mind. Anyone needing help with sleeping or anxiety pray, study how to deal with it and eat highly nutritious, antioxidant foods to give your brain the proper response to false negative thoughts. If these problems hit you stop them asap. I would love to do a blog for night pray for all of us with sleep or anxiety situations. Until then Lord Jesus hear the prayers of our forum for all and let this place be glory for You and help for all of us. A good night's sleep is precious Lord let Your children be experts and blessed partakers in good sleep, peace, abiding in You Jesus by focusing on You and Your word and living in it.
