We come before the Lord with hearts full of hope and trust in His perfect timing and provision. Your request for a safe new home and the resolution of this housing situation is heard, and we join you in lifting it up to our Heavenly Father. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is by His name alone that we are saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that every step of this process is guided by His will and that His peace will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Father God, we ask that You move mightily in this situation. We pray for the new landlord and his lawyer, that they would respond promptly and favorably to the communications from you and your lawyer. May Your hand of provision open the door for this contract to be signed, if it is Your will, and may this transition happen swiftly so that you may find rest and stability. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust that You are working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
We also lift up your current landlord to You, Lord. Soften his heart with Your love and compassion. Fill him with the desire to act justly and mercifully, in obedience to Your voice. May he be a vessel of Your peace and kindness, reflecting Your character in all his dealings. We know that it is Your kindness that leads to repentance and change (Romans 2:4), and we pray that he would experience Your love in a profound way.
Lord, we ask for your healing touch as you battle the flu and the stress of this unstable situation. Strengthen your body, mind, and spirit. Remind you that Your strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9), and that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Grant you the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart as you trust in Him (Philippians 4:7).
We rebuke the spirit of delay and confusion in this matter. We declare that every obstacle is removed in the name of Jesus, and that this transition will happen according to God’s perfect timing. We pray for wisdom and discernment for all parties involved, that they would act with integrity and fairness.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your promises and know that You are a God who provides for Your children. May this situation bring glory to Your name and draw all involved closer to You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
