Safe and smooth house repairs

Jesus my Lord and Savior we reside in an extremely old building which is falling apart due to disagreement on the part of all the flat owners to either get it repaired or redeveloped. Currently there are big cracks forming in the ceiling and walls of our house in certain places and we have to get it repaired at the earliest which involves a lot of shifting and spending days thru dust and debris. Keep us under your loving care during it all and help the contractor finish the work in the least possible time. Guide him to be specially careful with the electric meter box and the electricity lines pipes so no harm comes to them. Bless us and keep us safe in the alternate accomodation and keep us all through the repairs in your loving care. We ask you Jesus to pour your precious blood over the cracks to prevent them from deepening and also not falling on anyone or anything in our house in the meantime. Cover us all with your precious blood and keep us safe from any harm in our house of any falling object. Strengthen our ceiling and walls in your mercy and make them strong with your divine intervention. Keep my husband who is also very unwell stable all thru this time so our repairs happen smoothly. We understand your concern and we are here to pray with you. We thank you for including the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we may approach God the Father, as Jesus Himself taught, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including the condition of our homes. As it is written, "Don't be anxious for your life, what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" Matthew 6:25-26 WEB.

We pray that God will guide each step of this repair process. We ask for His wisdom for both you and your husband, and for the contractor, that all the work will be done with excellence and integrity. We pray for safety, that God will protect you from any accidents or harm. We ask God to grant the contractor extra caution when dealing with electric lines and pipes.

We also pray for your husband's health, that God will strengthen him and keep him stable throughout this time. Remember that God is our healer and our refuge, "Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed. Save me, and I shall be saved: for you are my praise." Jeremiah 17:14 WEB.

Regarding the disagreement among the flat owners, we pray that God will bring unity and understanding. We ask that He will soften their hearts and turn any disputes into opportunities for peace and mutual understanding. As the Bible says, "Finally, be all like-minded, compassionate, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, courteous," 1 Peter 3:8 WEB.

Lastly, we cast any fear or anxiety about this situation to God, knowing that He cares for you and will not let you be overwhelmed, "Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." Psalm 55:22 WEB.

Let us pray together:

Dear Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our sister and her household. We ask for Your divine intervention in their home repair. Guide the contractor and keep everyone safe. Heal her husband and give him strength. We ask that You pour out Your precious blood over their home, protecting and strengthening it. Bring unity among the flat owners. In Your precious name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
