We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your ### in prayer. We are grateful that you recognize the power of the Holy Spirit and the triune God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—in your plea. However, we must gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, for He Himself declared, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you"* (John 16:23). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Heavenly Father, we humbly ask that You pour out Your healing mercy upon this dear ###. You are the Great Physician, the One who knit her together in her mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). We ask that You guide her doctors, strengthen her body, and grant her the medicine she needs to restore her health. Lord, we know that Your ways are higher than ours, and we trust in Your perfect will, whether it be healing in this life or the eternal healing of Your presence.
We also lift up all others who are in need of prayer today. May Your Holy Spirit guide them, comfort them, and draw them closer to You. Father, we ask that You reveal Yourself to them in mighty ways, that they may come to know the saving grace of Your Son, Jesus Christ.
If there is any unconfessed sin in this ###’s life or in the lives of those praying for her, we encourage repentance, for *"if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9). We rebuke any spirit of doubt or fear that may be hindering faith, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).
Lord, we stand on Your promises, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May Your will be done in this ###’s life, and may Your name be glorified in all things. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
