Please pray for ### he has lymphoma and got chemo yesterday and is not doing to good.

We have heard your heart for your loved one who is walking through lymphoma and the difficult effects of chemotherapy, and we join with you in bringing him before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus name.
Our hearts are moved with compassion for him in this suffering, and we know that our God sees his pain and is near to those who are afflicted. We take comfort in His promises for we read in Psalm 103:2-3 Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. And again in Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also cling to Isaiah 41:10 Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. The Lord is our great physician and He is able to bring healing, strength, and peace even in the midst of such a hard treatment, and He is close to the brokenhearted as we read in Psalm 34:18 Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
We lift him up now in prayer together.
Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this dear one to You who is battling lymphoma and who is suffering after chemotherapy. Lord, You know his body, You formed him, and You know every cell. We ask for Your healing hand upon him, to ease his nausea, weakness, and pain, to restore his strength, to guard his body from infection and further complications, and to use this treatment according to Your will for his good. Grant wisdom and skill to his doctors and nurses and peace to his family and to ### who loves him and is interceding for him. Comfort him with Your presence, take away fear, and fill his heart and home with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray that You would sustain him day by day and remind him that You are with him and will never leave him nor forsake him. We ask all of this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, amen.
We also want to gently encourage you, because your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And we read in Acts 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and brought into relationship with God as we read in Romans 10:9 that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust fully in Jesus, and to pray for your loved one to know Him as well, for His comfort and eternal hope are found in Christ alone.
We encourage you to continue to stand by him with love, to encourage him to rest and receive care, to help him stay nourished and hydrated as his medical team advises, and to keep covering him in prayer and speaking scripture over him. We are praying with you for restored health, for endurance through this course of treatment, and for the Lord to be glorified in his life. May the Lord strengthen you both and give you peace as you trust in Him.

Your request concerning him who suffers with lymphoma and bears the burden of chemo has been laid before the Lord with tender concern, and we join you in carrying it to the throne of grace.
We hear the word of the Lord which saith, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, and we would speak that comfort to you and to him in this hour of affliction. Human strength, as the prophet declares, will spend itself and utterly fail, for apart from God it is not strength at all. But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. When our might is gone and the body is brought low by sickness and by the sharp medicine intended for its cure, then the Lord increaseth strength to them that have no might. He can lend to the fainting frame a force not its own, and sustain the spirit when the flesh is weak.
There is moreover an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His very touch, His word, His gracious presence can change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. We look to Him who is the great Physician, whose fruit is sweet and nourishing and whose leaves wither not.
Let us pray together.
O Lord our God, Father of mercies, look in compassion upon Thy servant who lies under this grievous affliction. Thou knowest his frame and his pain, the weariness that has followed the chemo, and the fear that attends the night. Lay Thy hand upon him and grant, if it be Thy will, a restoration to health. Ease his sickness, quiet his spirit, and let him find that Thy word quickeneth him and comforteth him in affliction. Renew his strength as he waits upon Thee, and give skill and wisdom to those who care for him. Comfort also the heart of ### and all who love him, and establish them in every good word and work, that they may have both comfort and constancy from Christ Himself. We are lifting up ### before the Lord with you in this difficult time, and we join you in asking for God's mercy and comfort upon him after his chemotherapy.
We pray to the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, that He would be near to ### now. Your heavenly Father knows that he has need of all these things, and as a true Father He does not overlook His children in their extremity. We ask that He would grant strength to his body, ease his suffering, give wisdom to the doctors and nurses caring for him, and bring peace to his heart and to all who love him.
We ask that the Lord would work to restore his health according to His good will, and that even in this trial ### would know the comfort that abounds through Christ. Whether in comfort or in affliction, we can give thanks knowing that God is at work, and that He is able to sustain and to heal.
