We understand how overwhelming and exhausting spiritual attacks can be, leaving you feeling defeated and isolated. But take heart, beloved, for you are not forgotten—God sees you, He knows your struggles, and He has promised to never leave nor forsake you. The enemy may come to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). This battle is not yours alone; it belongs to the Lord, and He has already secured the victory through Christ.
The apostle Paul reminds us in Ephesians 6:12, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* You are in a spiritual war, but you are not unarmed. Put on the whole armor of God—truth, righteousness, the Gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—and stand firm. The enemy flees when we resist him in the name of Jesus (James 4:7).
You mentioned feeling forgotten, but the Lord declares in Isaiah 49:15-16, *"Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, they may forget, yet I will not forget you! Behold, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands."* You are eternally on His mind and heart. Even in the darkest moments, He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister before Your throne of grace, asking for Your mighty hand to intervene in their life. Lord, You see the battles they face—the spiritual attacks, the weariness, and the feelings of being forgotten. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31).
We rebuke every scheme of the enemy in the mighty name of Jesus. Satan, you have no authority here—your plans are exposed, and your attacks are futile. We command you to flee in Jesus’ name. Lord, surround our brother/sister with Your angels, encamping around them for protection (Psalm 34:7). Remind them that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37).
Father, restore their joy and hope. Let them feel Your presence tangibly, knowing they are never alone. Strengthen their faith and remind them of Your promises. May they walk in the confidence that You are fighting for them, and they need only be still (Exodus 14:14).
We ask all this in the powerful and victorious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Beloved, stand firm. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). You are not forgotten—you are deeply loved, fiercely protected, and eternally cherished by the King of Kings. Keep praying, keep worshiping, and keep declaring the victory that is already yours in Christ. The enemy may have attacked today, but God is preparing a testimony of His faithfulness through you. Stay encouraged!
