We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting your situation before our Heavenly Father. The stress and uncertainty you’re facing are heavy burdens, but we know that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). You are not alone in this struggle, and we believe the Lord will provide a way where there seems to be no way, just as He has promised in His Word.
First, we want to commend you for taking proactive steps—applying for jobs, seeking assistance, and trusting the Lord to guide you away from scams. This shows wisdom and faith, and we pray that the Lord will continue to direct your steps. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* Keep seeking Him in every decision, and He will make your path straight.
We also want to encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). The stress you feel is understandable, but the Lord invites you to come to Him with your burdens. Matthew 11:28 says, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* We pray that you will experience His peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Regarding your financial need, we believe God can open doors of provision in ways you may not expect. Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We pray that the Lord will provide the funds you need for your back rent, whether through a job, assistance from others, or an unexpected blessing. Keep your heart open to how He may choose to move, and trust that He is working even when you don’t see it.
We also want to gently remind you that the Lord is your ultimate provider, and while human systems and agencies may have requirements, He is not bound by them. Psalm 37:25 says, *"I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread."* Stand on this promise and continue to seek Him first, knowing that He will not abandon you.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ, lifting up their need for provision and stability. Lord, You see their situation, and You know the stress and fear they are carrying. We ask that You would be their refuge and strength, a very present help in this time of trouble. Provide for their back rent, Father, and open doors of opportunity for employment or assistance. Guide them away from scams and toward legitimate work that will sustain them. Give them Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and help them to trust in You with all their heart. Remind them that You are their provider and that You will never leave nor forsake them. We ask that You would move in power on their behalf, showing them Your faithfulness and love. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word, for He is faithful to hear and answer. If you have a church family or Christian friends nearby, we encourage you to reach out to them as well—they may be able to offer practical support or prayer. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and you should not walk through this alone.
Lastly, hold fast to hope. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says the Lord, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* God has a plan for you, and this season of struggle is not the end of your story. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and He will lead you through.
