We join you in thanking the Lord for His promises and we agree together for His favor and truth to cover your lives, your loved ones, and the work of your hands and heart.
We love that you have anchored this prayer in Romans 8:28, And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. What a comfort to know that even what we cannot see or understand, God is weaving for good for those who love Him. We also cling with you to Romans 12:21, Dont be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. We pray the Lord fills you afresh so that His goodness flows through you and evil is indeed overcome by good for His glory.
We plead with you the blood of Jesus over your lives and all you love and all your endeavors, for there is power and protection and redemption in His shed blood, and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. We rejoice that you have come in Jesus name.
We pray together now for all you have lifted up.
Father in Jesus name we ask You to bless the work of our hands as Your Word says, Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands. Psalm 90:17. Cover our hearts and minds with Your truth and let Your goodness fill us so we walk in the fruit of the Spirit. We pray especially for an increase of love as You have asked, for the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Galatians 5:22-23. Teach us to love You first and to love one another according to Your will and timing, and we lift up the unspoken needs to You, trusting You know each one.
We lift up the children and ask You to draw them close to Yourself, that they would see themselves as You see them, fearfully and wonderfully made and deeply loved. Psalm 139:14. Let them find their identity in Christ and not in the world.
We bring before You the daughter and nieces and their medical issues. Lord You are our healer who forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases. Psalm 103:2-3. We ask for Your healing touch, for wisdom for doctors, and for peace for the daughter with her children and grace to live a healthy life that honors You.
We pray for peace within the extended family, that each one would lower expectations, extend grace, and accept one another in love. We pray for unity and for forbearance, bearing with one another in love, being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. Ephesians 4:2-3. We ask for Your righteous resolution to the land issue, for You desire justice and peace to prevail, and we trust Your perfect timing.
We lift up our Christian sister and ask You to grant her strength and healing in body and spirit, and to draw her sons to salvation that they may be saved and that they would honor and respect their mother as Your Word commands, Honor your father and your mother. Exodus 20:12. We pray they come to know Christ as Lord.
We pray for all young single mothers, and especially the one who needs guidance out of spiritual confusion. Lord we ask You to lead her out of confusion and into Your truth, for You give wisdom generously to those who ask. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5. We pray these dear mothers will seek You wholeheartedly and pursue purity and godliness. We encourage a pursuit of relationships that honor You, for Your design for intimacy is within the lifelong covenant of marriage between a man and a woman, and courtship should be with the goal of marriage to a fellow believer in Christ, abstaining from fornication and all that is outside Your will. We pray for godly spouses for those who desire marriage, and for strength to walk in holiness while trusting Your provision for their spiritual, emotional and physical needs. We thank You for Your provision already given and we ask You to continue to provide, to bring protection and deliverance from evil, and to bring healing to the baby You have granted into custody. We pray Your hand of protection over that little one.
We ask that appointments go well and that You grant favor and clear guidance in each one. We pray for protection in all travels, for You keep our going out and coming in. He will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. Psalm 121:8. And we join you in praise for amazing answered prayers. To You be all glory. We cast all our worries on You because You care for us. 1 Peter 5:7 and we rest in Your peace which surpasses all understanding to guard our hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7.
Father we thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name and we trust You to answer according to Your perfect will and timing. May Your will be done and may Your name be glorified in all these things. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, amen.
