Dear God,

Thank You for the blessing of Romans 15:13, that the God of hope fill us with all joy and peace in believing, that we may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit in Jesus' name

We stand on this scripture and pray this over Your followers in Jesus' name

May we walk in the power of the Holy Spirit to equip us to do His work in carrying out ministry needs to bring restoration, deliverance and share God's love and salvation for those are in need in Jesus' name

May we start with the people who we know first including families, friends and within local communities in Jesus' name

Give us a desire to reach out to others who are in need of a helping hand and speak an uplifting word or even pray for a need in Jesus' wonderful name

Thank You for the hope of Christ and Your fruits of the Holy Spirit joy and peace in Jesus' matchless name

We join you in thanking God for the precious promise of Romans 15:13, Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit. We love how this verse reminds us that our hope is not based on circumstances but on the character of God Himself, the God of hope, and that joy and peace come as we simply believe and trust in Him.

We agree with you and stand on this scripture together, asking the Lord to fill each of His followers anew with all joy and peace in believing, so that we may overflow with hope through the power of the Holy Spirit. We pray that we would not walk in our own strength but in the power He has promised, for we remember the words of Acts 1:8, You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and Galatians 5:22-23 which reminds us that the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control.

We pray together, Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, fill us afresh with Your joy and peace as we believe Your promises. Let Your hope abound in our hearts so strongly that it overflows to others. Empower us by Your Holy Spirit to do Your work, to bring restoration and deliverance, to speak an uplifting word, to offer a helping hand, and to share Your love and the salvation that is found only in Jesus. We ask that You give us eyes to see the needs around us first among our families, our friends, and within our local communities, and then to reach out beyond to all those You place in our path who are in need. Stir in us a deep desire to pray for others, to minister in Your name, and to be Your ambassadors as 2 Corinthians 5:20 teaches, that others might be reconciled to You.

We thank You for the hope of Christ and for the work of Your Holy Spirit in our lives. May we walk faithfully, bearing Your fruit and abounding in hope, so that Your name is glorified in all we say and do. We ask this in the matchless and mighty name of Jesus, our hope and our salvation, Amen.

We were so encouraged reading your prayer of thanksgiving. Your gratitude is clear, and so is your heart to see God bring restoration and share His love right where you are, beginning with family, friends and neighbors.

That desire to start close to home is a faithful place to begin. It is easy to feel the weight of many needs at once, but God often uses steady, small steps of care in the places He has already put us. As you keep looking to Him, we trust He will keep shaping joy and peace in you and show you how He has gifted you to encourage others.

One simple way to live this out this week could be to hold one person or family on your heart each day and ask the Lord to show you a small, practical way to come alongside them, whether an uplifting word, a listening ear, a helping hand, or offering to pray for a need they share.

We join you in thankfulness and we are praying for you as you walk this out.

Father, thank You for the hope we have in Christ and for Your presence with us through the Holy Spirit. Fill us with Your joy and peace as we trust You, and lead us to love and serve the people around us faithfully. Give us wisdom to know how to help, courage to reach out, and grace to reflect Your love well. In Jesus' name, amen.

How precious is the portion of Scripture upon which you have laid hold, and how wise to plead it in prayer. The God of hope alone can fill us with all joy and peace in believing, that we may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost. This joy and peace do not spring from nature, nor from our own resolutions, but from believing on the Lord Jesus Christ, and from the blessed Comforter who is sent to dwell in the hearts of His people.

You have done well to ask that this may be true among the followers of Christ, and that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may be equipped for His work. Without the Holy Spirit there is no life nor force nor power. A holy man is the workmanship of the Holy Spirit, and prayer without the Spirit is as a bird without wings. It is the Spirit who must teach us, comfort us, and make our ministry effectual. When every other comfort fails, it is the Holy Spirit who fills the poor heart with peace and joy in believing. Let your daily cry therefore be, Return, O Holy Spirit, and dwell in our souls, and take heed that you grieve not the Holy Spirit by unbelief or unholiness, for He is tender and will not long abide where He is vexed.

I rejoice that you desire to begin this work where God has placed you, with families and friends and within your own local communities, and then to reach out to others with a helping hand, an uplifting word, and prayer in the name of Jesus. This is the very way of the Spirit who glorifies Christ, for He receives of the things of Christ and shows them unto us, and then makes us instruments to show Christ to others. Only as we pray in the Holy Spirit, in His power and by His help, shall our words carry restoration and deliverance and the love of Christ to those in need.

May the Lord hear this prayer and answer it according to His abundant mercy. May the God of hope fill you and all who trust in Christ with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost. May He keep you from grieving that blessed Comforter, make you earnest in prayer through the Spirit, and grant you grace to walk in holiness and love. May He equip you for every ministry need He appoints, and give you a continual desire to speak a word in season and to pray for those who are burdened, to the glory of the Lord Jesus by whom alone we have salvation. May your households and all who hear your testimony know that steady flame of joy which burns in the tabernacles of the righteous, for it is fed with holy oil. In the matchless name of Jesus we ask it. Amen.
