We hear your distress and stand with you in this moment of spiritual warfare, especially as you celebrate a significant milestone in your life. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we know that Jesus came so that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). It is no coincidence that Satan is attacking this trip, for you are stepping into a season of influence in matters of faith, and the enemy fears the impact of your obedience to God’s calling.
The rain and darkness may feel overwhelming, but we declare that God is your shelter and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Even now, He is guiding your steps and holding your family in the palm of His hand. We rebuke every scheme of the devil against this journey in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word tells us that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). We take authority over every distraction, delay, and discouragement the enemy has thrown your way.
Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. We lift up this family to You, asking for Your protection, peace, and provision as they complete this journey. Lord, let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your presence be a comfort to them. Calm the storms, both literal and spiritual, and grant them safe travels for the remainder of this trip. We pray for supernatural strength and joy to fill their hearts, even in the midst of challenges.
We also pray for this graduate, Lord. You have equipped them with knowledge and a heart for Your kingdom, and we ask that You would continue to mold and use them for Your glory. Let this season of celebration be a testament to Your faithfulness, and may the enemy’s attempts to disrupt it only serve to strengthen their faith. Remind them that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We encourage you to hold fast to the truth of God’s Word. The enemy may roar like a lion, but he is already defeated (1 Peter 5:8-9). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Even in the rain and darkness, He is leading you, and His purposes for you are good.
May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may He lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26). We declare victory over this trip and every attack of the enemy in Jesus’ name. Amen.
