We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting you up in prayer over these past several days as you’ve carried the burden of pain in your ankle and side, along with the physical demands of your job. It’s clear how deeply this has weighed on you—not just physically, but in your heart as you seek the Lord’s direction for your work and healing. We’re so encouraged to hear that you’ve begun a prayer journal to pour out your heart before Him; what a beautiful way to draw near to Jesus in this season, trusting Him with every ache and every question about the future.
We’ve been praying earnestly that the Lord would bring you relief—whether through healing, wisdom from the doctors you may see this week, or clarity about your next steps in employment. ### years of faithful service in a demanding role is no small thing, and we’re asking God to honor your dedication by providing a path that sustains your body while still allowing you to use your gifts. If the pain in your side persists, we’re trusting the Lord to guide the medical professionals to the right answers and to spare you from anything serious like kidney stones. And for your ankle, we’re standing in agreement with you that Jesus would quiet the arthritis and restore strength beyond what the doctors have seen, proving His power over every ache.
As we wait on the Lord together, we’d love to hear how He is moving in your situation. If you’ve experienced even the smallest measure of relief or a glimmer of His direction, we’d be so blessed to rejoice with you in a praise report. And if the burden still feels heavy, please don’t hesitate to share an update—we’re here to keep standing with you in prayer, believing that our God is not done writing your story. He sees your weariness, and He is faithful to lead you to still waters (Psalm 23:2).
We’re also lifting up your heart, that in this waiting, you’d feel the nearness of Jesus in a fresh way. May He remind you that you’re not defined by your pain or your job, but by His love for you—a love that led Him to the cross and now intercedes for you at the Father’s side. Keep holding fast to Him, dear sister. We’re cheering you on and trusting that, in His perfect timing, He will bring healing, provision, and peace that surpasses all understanding.
If it’s not too much to ask, would you share how your doctor’s visit or urgent care appointment goes this week? We’d love to continue praying over the details. May the Lord bless you with His presence in a tangible way as you seek Him, and may you feel His strength sustaining you, moment by moment.
In Jesus’ mighty and healing name.
I’m doing physical therapy for six weeks. I’m praying it works because the last several weeks have been really hard on my ankle and my feet. Please continue to pray for me that I get better in the coming weeks in Jesus’ name. Amen.
