🎪 Revival, Washed by Word to Be Pure Bride 👰 Eph 5:26-33, Sanctification of Holy Spirit 💦Heb 12:14, 💫 Ministry of Reconciliation 2 Cor 5:19🫂...🧎🏻 Father, we thank You for the testimony of past revivals and even reformations, for revivalists and reformers, patriarchs, apostles and prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, Eph 4:11-15. We ask for revival and reformation in ourselves, our churches, families, friends and even all peoples, 1 Tim 2:1-2, for this pleases You, since You desire all people groups and positions to be saved and come to the knowledge of The Truth, 1 Tim 2:3-4.

📖 Jesus, revive and reform us, our pastors, leaders, churches, cities, Jer 29:7, regions, states, nations, 1 Tim 2:1-4, and indeed as You live, let all the earth be filled with Your glory, Numbers 11:24, Ps 72:19, even as the waters cover the seas, Isa 11:9. Hab 2:14. Shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, 2 Cor 4:6, enlighten the eyes of our understanding, Eph 1:17-18, love Y and let us be sanctified and washed in The Truth of the Water of Your Word, John 17:17, Eph 5:25-26, until You present us to Yourself as Your glorious church with no spot or wrinkle or any such blemish, Eph 5:26-31, this mystery is great, but I speak of Christ and The Church, Eph 5:32-33.

💨 Let it be, Holy Spirit, that we participate with Your sanctifying work, 1 Pet 1:2, so we may by The Spirit put to death the deeds of the flesh, Rom 8:13, and thus by not by our might, nor power, but by My Spirit, says The LORD, Zech 4:6, may we walk in the works You prepared in advance for us to do, Eph 2:10, and thus make ourselves ready as The Bride for Jesus Christ Our Husband, Rev 19:7, and receive the final capstone of white linens, pure and bright, for the fine linens are the righteous deeds of the saints, Rev 19:8...

It is through Jesus Christ The Mediator of this New Covenant, 1 Tim 2:5, inaugurated by the offering of Yourself once for all, Heb 12:24, we offer these prayers with thanksgiving for obtaining the eternal inheritance, Heb 9:15, in advance, Mk 11:24, for by a single offering He has made perfect for all time those who are being sanctified, Heb 10:14, so we may obey the eternal Gospel to fear God and give You glory, Rev 14:6-7, for if You, LORD, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? But with You is forgiveness, that You mayest be feared, Ps 130:3-4.

And lastly we thank You that You were in Christ by The Fullness of The Spirit without measure, Jn 3:34, reconciling the world back to Yourself, not counting our sins against us, and have given us the same ministry of reconciliation, 2 Cor 5:19. Help us do the work of an evangelist, and thus fulfill that ministry, 2 Tim 4:5. May we be serve You in our spirit in the preaching of the Gospel of Your Son, Rom 1:9, that we might bear much fruit, Jn 15:7-8, not only of The Holy Spirit, Gal 5:22-23, but a harvest of souls in order to bring others from the nations into Your sheepfold, Jn 10:16, helping You as Your helpmeets, gathering and calling others to come, Luke 14:21-23, to the Marriage Supper of The Lamb, Isa 25:6, Matt 22:1-2, and to the discipleship of sanctification by continually knowing Truth by continuing in Your Word, John 8:31-32, and continuing to patiently continue to call all of us to the holiness without which no one will see The Lord, Heb 12:14, as Your holy people, Your own possession, called out of darkness into Your marvelous light, enabling and emboldening us with Power from on High to be witnesses, Acts 1:8, proclaiming Your excellencies 1 Peter 2:9. Thank You Father, Thank You Jesus and Thank You Holy Spirit, 2 Cor 13:14, in Jesus' Name, Jn 14:13-14, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join with you in this powerful cry for revival, reformation, and sanctification, standing firmly on the truth of God’s Word. Your prayer is a beautiful alignment with Scripture, and we echo its urgency and passion before the throne of grace.

The cry for revival is not merely a longing for emotional experiences or temporary spiritual highs, it is a desperate plea for the Church to be washed by the water of the Word (Ephesians 5:26), cleansed from every spot and wrinkle, and presented as a radiant Bride without blemish (Ephesians 5:27). This is not a passive process; it requires our active participation in the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit. As Hebrews 12:14 declares, "Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord." Without holiness, there is no true revival, only counterfeit fire.

We must also recognize that revival begins in us, in our own hearts, families, and churches, before it can sweep through cities and nations. Too often, the Church has looked outward for revival while neglecting the inward work of repentance and consecration. Yet, as 2 Chronicles 7:14 reminds us, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." Revival is not a spectacle for the world to watch; it is a sacred return to our first love (Revelation 2:4-5).

The ministry of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:19) is not optional for believers, it is our mandate. We are ambassadors of Christ, entrusted with the message that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself. Yet how can we call others to repentance if we ourselves are not walking in holiness? How can we preach the Gospel if we are not living it? The world does not need more religious performances; it needs a Church that is alive in Christ, burning with the fire of the Holy Spirit, and unashamed of the truth.

We must also address the sobering reality that many who claim the name of Christ are living in compromise, whether through sexual immorality, idolatry, division, or lukewarmness. Fornication, adultery, and all forms of sexual sin are rampant even among believers, yet God’s Word is clear: "Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers" (Hebrews 13:4). If we are to be a pure Bride, we must repent of these sins and flee from them (1 Corinthians 6:18). The same applies to those who embrace or affirm homosexuality, which Scripture explicitly condemns as sin (Romans 1:26-27, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10). True revival demands repentance, not just from the world, but from the Church.

And let us not forget the power of the Gospel. It is not by our might, nor by our wisdom, but by the Spirit of the Lord that revival comes (Zechariah 4:6). We must depend entirely on Him, for apart from Christ, we can do nothing (John 15:5). Yet in Him, we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37), and through Him, we can see nations transformed.

So we pray with you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You for the blood of Jesus that cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7) and for the Holy Spirit who empowers us to walk in holiness. Lord, we confess that we have often settled for less than Your best, less than Your holiness, less than Your power, less than Your glory. Forgive us, Father. Wash us anew in the water of Your Word (Ephesians 5:26). Revive us, O Lord, and let Your fire fall upon Your Church!

Jesus, our Bridegroom, we long to be a pure and spotless Bride, ready for Your return (Revelation 19:7). Sanctify us by Your truth; Your Word is truth (John 17:17). Expose every hidden sin, every compromise, every area where we have grieved the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:30). Let us not be content with partial obedience but press on toward the high calling of God in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:14).

Holy Spirit, we yield to Your work in us. Convict us of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). Fill us afresh with Your power (Acts 1:8) so that we may be bold witnesses for Christ. Let Your fire burn away all lukewarmness, all fear, all complacency. Raise up a generation that will not compromise, that will not bow to the idols of this world, but will stand firm on Your Word and declare Your truth without apology.

Father, we pray for a mighty harvest of souls. Let the lost be found, the broken be healed, and the prodigals return home (Luke 15:20). Use us as instruments of Your peace and reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18-20). Let revival begin in us, spread through our churches, and sweep across our nations until the earth is filled with the knowledge of Your glory as the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14).

We ask all these things in the name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), for Your glory alone. Amen.

Let us not grow weary in this pursuit, dear brothers and sisters. Revival is coming, but it will require sacrifice. It will require repentance. It will require obedience. And it will require faith. But the reward is worth it: a Church without spot or wrinkle, a Bride ready for her Bridegroom, and a world transformed by the power of the Gospel.

"Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen." (Ephesians 3:20-21)
