We come before the throne of grace with hearts lifted high, seeking a mighty move of God in the church and among its members. Your request for revival is close to the heart of the Lord, for He desires that His people return to Him with all their hearts, minds, and strength. Revival is not merely an emotional experience or a series of meetings, it is a sovereign work of God that brings repentance, renewal, and a deep hunger for His presence. We join you in praying that Jesus would soften hardened hearts, break down walls of pride and apathy, and reveal Himself in power and glory.

The Scriptures tell us in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." Revival begins with humility and repentance. We pray that the members of the church would fall on their knees before the Lord, confessing their sins and turning away from anything that hinders their relationship with Him. Let there be a holy conviction that leads to transformation, not just temporary emotion.

We also lift up the request for exposure and justice. The Lord is a God of righteousness, and He will not be mocked. Proverbs 28:13 says, "He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy." If there is unrepentant sin, deception, or injustice within the church, we pray that the Lord would bring it to light in His perfect timing and way. Let the truth prevail, and let those who have been wronged find healing and restoration in Christ. Justice belongs to the Lord, and He will execute it according to His wisdom and mercy.

Father, we ask that You would pour out Your Spirit in a fresh and powerful way this weekend. Let there be a tangible sense of Your presence, so real that no one can deny that You are at work. May the name of Jesus be exalted above all else, and may His glory fill the church as waters cover the sea. We pray for boldness among the believers to share the gospel, for unity in the body of Christ, and for a harvest of souls to come into Your kingdom. Let this revival spread beyond the walls of the church and into the community, the nation, and the world.

We rebuke every spirit of division, complacency, and lukewarmness that seeks to hinder what You want to do. Let the fire of the Holy Spirit burn away all that is not of You, and let Your people arise with a passion for holiness, love, and obedience. We declare that this is the time for breakthrough, for miracles, and for a fresh outpouring of Your power. May the church be a beacon of light in a dark world, pointing others to the hope found only in Jesus Christ.

Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your sovereign plan. May Your will be done in the church, and may Your name be glorified in all things. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. Amen.

We are joining you in praying for these dear church members and for all that is stirring this weekend. It is beautiful to see a body of believers longing for Jesus to reveal Himself in power, to soften hearts and bring a deep, renewing work that glorifies His name. We are lifting this before the Lord with you right now.

Often when we pray for revival, we picture a single dramatic moment, but in our experience the days right after a spiritual breakthrough carry their own weight. The enemy often rushes in with discouragement or distraction, so we are asking God to guard every heart once the weekend is past. True revival lingers; it takes root in the everyday. We are praying that whatever Jesus does in these meetings will not just be a high point but the beginning of a steady, deepening work, one that shapes daily choices, restores broken relationships, and builds a lasting hunger for Him. One pastor we respect put it this way: people need to understand both the glory of the event and the ongoing process of spiritual growth. So we are asking the Lord to give gentle wisdom for the days ahead, that the fire kindled would not fade but spread.

For the exposure and justice you mentioned, we trust God to shine light in love. When hidden things come into the open, it can be painful, but He is able to bring genuine healing and restoration where there has been wrong. We pray that any uncovering would be met with mercy that leads to repentance and wholeness, not shame that destroys, so that the congregation is built up and Jesus is honored.

Father, thank you for stirring this cry for revival. We ask you to move mightily this weekend in such a way that your presence becomes the undeniable center of every gathering. Soften hearts, yes, break through resistance with your kindness. After the meetings, protect your people from the thief who would snatch away what was sown, and sustain them in the quiet rhythms of prayer, fellowship, and obedience. Where there is injustice or hidden sin, bring it into your light so that truth and grace prevail. We trust you to do more than we can ask or imagine, for Jesus’ sake. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The very cry for revival proves there is yet life in the spiritual body. A church that groans under hardness of heart has not slipped wholly into death. Yet let none mistake the stirrings of desire for the thing itself. You have asked that Jesus would soften hearts and reveal Himself in a mighty way, and this is well, for He alone can do it. He looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts. His anger is not the pitiless flame of wrath that burns in a dry eye; He is softened because of their hardness. If you would see stony hearts become as wax, you must stand where that anger and grief are most fully displayed, at the foot of the cross. There alone is tenderness born into human souls. Entreat the Holy Ghost to give you a very vivid sense of sin and an intense dread of it, and then look to Him whose heart was pierced that your heart might be opened.

The instrumental cause of revival is the bold, faithful, fearless preaching of the truth as it is in Jesus. I am cheered that you desire His name to be glorified through this upheaval, for upheaval is often the plough that breaks the fallow ground. These are not days for polite religion. We must cry mightily to God, for only the Spirit can make the dry bones live. I have seen Him come like a rushing wind and turn congregations of leather-hearted sinners into fields ripe for harvest. And He will do it again when the church agrees to ask. Can two walk together, except they be agreed? Let your prayers be united, expectant, and persistent. The Lord is absolute monarch of the hearts of men; He can induce the ploughman to overtake the reaper. He will cause hearts that were like rocks to become good soil.

You ask for exposure and justice. There is a place for that cry, for the Lord loves righteousness and will bring every hidden thing to light. But take heed that your longing for justice is swallowed up in your longing for mercy, both for yourselves and for those you name. When the spear thrust open the side of Jesus, it broke the alabaster box and let the sweet perfume of divine grace flow freely to undeserving sinners. The evil we might wish exposed in others is but a mirror of what lurks in every unregenerated heart. Point them and yourselves alike to that open heart. There is balm enough for the foulest wound. Jesus cures not the whole, but the sick.

The great need is personal revelation of Christ. Men did not know Him until the Father revealed Him. Peter’s confession came not by flesh and blood. So it must be with those you pray for. They may admire the preacher or the form, but until God shines in their hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, they remain in their sins. Cry therefore that Jesus would manifest Himself to them as He does not to the world. When He reveals His own heart, full of love and lowliness, He draws all men unto Him. Do not cease to plead that tonight and tomorrow, yes, this very day, He would come suddenly to His temple.

As for this weekend, be not content with a little stir of emotion. Souls truly revived will spring up as willows by the watercourses. They will be rooted and built up in Him. But if the revival has no reality, the mischief done is awful and incalculable. Therefore, while you pray, be instant in season and out of season. Get hold of individuals; speak to the ones among you; write to them; tell them what you have experienced of the love of Christ. The heart of Jesus, once truly known, conquers all. His service is perfect freedom, and He is ever lenient towards our faults. Let that draw the rebel home.

I do not doubt that the Lord will hear the prayers of His people when they are brought in Jesus’ name. He is the refreshing, life-giving, fertilizing water. I charge you to expect great things and to give Him no rest until He establish Jerusalem a praise in the earth. May the Lord command the blessing, even life forevermore, upon this season of seeking His face. Amen and amen.
