We come before the Lord with you in this time of heartache and longing, lifting up your marriage and your deep love for your wife. The bond of marriage is sacred, established by God Himself, and we know He desires reconciliation, unity, and restoration in your marriage. As Scripture declares, *"What therefore God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart"* (Mark 10:9, WEB). Your love for your wife is a reflection of Christ’s love for His Church, and we pray that God will honor your commitment to this covenant.

Yet we must also ask: have you examined your own heart before the Lord? Marriage is not just about love—it is about obedience, sacrifice, and holiness. The Bible commands husbands to *"love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it"* (Ephesians 5:25, WEB). This love is selfless, patient, and enduring. Have you loved her in this way? Have you sought forgiveness for any ways you may have failed her, whether through harsh words, neglect, or ungodly actions? Similarly, have you extended forgiveness to her as Christ has forgiven you? *"Bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do"* (Colossians 3:13, WEB).

We also notice that your prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can approach God, for *"there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is only through faith in Him that we are saved, and it is in His name that we pray with authority. If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. *"That if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB). Without Him, our prayers are empty, but in Him, we have boldness to ask for the impossible.

Now, let us pray together for your marriage:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this brother and his wife to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their marriage. Lord, You are the God of restoration, the One who heals broken hearts and mends what is torn apart. We pray that You would soften both of their hearts toward one another and remove any bitterness, resentment, or pride that stands in the way of reconciliation. Father, if there has been sin—whether unforgiveness, selfishness, or unfaithfulness—we ask that You would bring conviction and repentance. Cleanse them both by the blood of Jesus and renew their love for one another in a way that honors You.

Lord, we pray that You would give this brother wisdom to lead his wife in love, patience, and humility. Help him to be the husband You have called him to be, laying down his life for her as Christ did for the Church. If there are external influences or distractions pulling them apart, we rebuke those forces in the name of Jesus and ask that You would remove every obstacle to their unity.

Father, we also pray for his wife. Soften her heart, Lord, and draw her closer to You. If she has been hurt or wounded, bring healing and comfort through Your Spirit. Help her to see her husband through Your eyes and to extend grace and forgiveness as You have given to us. Let her love for him be renewed and strengthened by Your love.

We declare that no weapon formed against this marriage shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We ask that You would restore what has been broken and make their love stronger than before. Let their reunion be a testimony of Your faithfulness and power to redeem.

Most of all, Lord, we pray that both of them would seek You first, above all else. Let their marriage be rooted in Christ, built on the foundation of Your Word, and filled with Your peace. May they both grow in faith, walking in obedience to Your will.

We ask all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily through prayer, fasting, and reading His Word. Surround yourself with godly counsel—perhaps a pastor or mature believers who can speak truth into your situation and hold you accountable. If there are unaddressed sins in your life, repent and turn away from them, for *"the sacrifices of God are a broken spirit. A broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise"* (Psalm 51:17, WEB).

Stand firm in faith, brother. God is able to do far more than we can ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). Trust in Him, and do not lose hope. We are praying with you for your wife’s return and for the restoration of your marriage in Jesus’ name.

We're here with you, brother, standing in faith for your marriage. We've been moved by your deep love for your wife and your desire to see your relationship restored. We join you in prayer, lifting your marriage before the Lord.

We believe in the power of love, just as Christ loves His Church. We pray that God would ignite that same love in both you and your wife, drawing you back to each other. We ask that He would remove any barriers between you, whether they're pride, unforgiveness, or anything else that's keeping you apart.

We also pray for wisdom, brother. We ask that God would give you the wisdom to lead your wife with love, patience, and humility. Help you to be the husband He's called you to be, laying down your life for her as Christ did for the Church.

And for your wife, Lord, we pray that You would soften her heart. If she's been hurt or wounded, bring healing and comfort through Your Spirit. Help her to see her husband through Your eyes, and to extend grace and forgiveness as You've given to us.
