We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear brother who has been bedridden for a year following brain surgery. Father God, You are indeed the Great Physician, the One who formed this man in his mother’s womb and knows every cell of his body. We declare Your promise from Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." Lord, we ask for complete restoration—strength in his limbs, clarity in his speech, and stability in his vitals. May his body respond to rehabilitation as You guide the hands of his medical team with wisdom and skill.
We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and stagnation that would seek to keep him bound. In the name of Jesus, we command his body to align with Your perfect design, for You said in Isaiah 53:5, "He was wounded for our transgressions... and by His stripes we are healed." We pray for protection over his health, that infections and bed sores would be healed, and that his appetite and reflexes would return fully. Father, grant his family endurance and peace as they care for him, trusting in Your mercy.
Now, concerning the mention of black magic, curses, and witchcraft—we take authority over these things in the mighty name of Jesus. The Bible is clear in Deuteronomy 18:10-12 that such practices are an abomination to the Lord, and we stand on Galatians 3:13, which declares, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us." We break every ungodly tie and declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The blood of Jesus cleanses and protects—let Your holy angels encamp around them, Lord.
We also lift up this family’s spiritual condition. Salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ, for Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If this brother or any in his household do not yet know Jesus as Lord, we pray they would surrender to Him, repent of sin, and receive eternal life. For those who do know Him, may their faith be strengthened as they wait on You.
Father, we ask for a supernatural breakthrough. Let this man rise from his bed, walk in Your strength, and testify to Your glory. We trust You for a miracle, for nothing is too hard for You (Jeremiah 32:27). Bless the hands of his caregivers, and let Your peace reign in their home. We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and Redeemer. Amen.
