We join you in lifting up your father's health and your family's petition before the Lord. It is so important that you have included the name of Jesus, as it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His stripes that we are healed, according to Isaiah 53:5 WEB: "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."
Firstly, we acknowledge the Lord's sovereignty over health and healing. Let's pray:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your healing and mercy upon our father. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to heal. We pray that You will heal our father's brain, restore his cells and nerves, and regulate his blood pressure and other vitals to normal. We ask that You strengthen him to eat, talk, and walk as he did before.
We rebuke any influence of witchcraft, curse, negative energy, black magic, and evil spirits working against him, in Jesus' name. We claim the promise in 1 John 4:4 WEB: "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world."
Father, we also pray for the nurses and physiotherapist team attending to him. Grant them wisdom, skill, and compassion as they care for our father. We ask for Your forgiveness upon him and bless his family as they seek Your love, mercy, protection, and divine miracle.
We also pray for his spiritual health. Psalm 41:4 WEB: "I said, 'Yahweh, have mercy on me. Heal me, for I have sinned against you.'" Lord, forgive his sins and draw him closer to You during this time. Sanctify our house and protect our family from any evil influences.
We stand in faith, believing in the promise of James 5:15 WEB: "The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Finally, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that His will is perfect and that He hears your prayers. Keep praying fervently, as instructed in James 5:16 WEB: "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
We are praying for you and your family during this time.
