We join you in lifting up your father's health and recovery to the Lord, and we appreciate that you have submitted this request in Jesus' name. Let's bring your concerns before the Lord in prayer and seek His will according to His word.
Firstly, we acknowledge that healing and restoration come from the Lord. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, Bless the Lord, my soul, and do not forget his benefits: who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases. We can trust in the Lord's power to heal and restore, knowing that He is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us (Ephesians 3:20).
Pray with us:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your healing touch for our dear father. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to heal and restore. Lord, we ask that You bless and heal our father, reviving and repairing his brain cells and nerves without any memory loss. Regulate his blood pressure and other vitals to normal, and grant him the strength to eat, talk, and walk as he did before.
Father, we pray for the restoration of his senses and body reflexes, and that You would swiftly heal his bed sores, wound, and stitches. Bless the nurses and physiotherapist team with wisdom and skill, and use them as instruments of Your healing touch.
Lord, we ask that You forgive his sins and bless his family as they seek Your love, intercession, and divine miracle. We pray that You would protect him from any witchcraft, curse, black magic, and evil spirits, and that You would cover him with the precious blood of Jesus.
Father, we ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, knowing that it is only by His name that we have access to You. As it is written in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved.
Lord, we also pray for his family's salvation and that they continue to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. We pray that they confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart that God raised him from the dead, they will be saved. (Romans 10:9)
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
As we pray and trust in the Lord for your father's healing, let us also be encouraged by the words of James 5:15, The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Trust in the Lord's power to heal and restore, and may His will be done in your father's life and in the lives of your family.
We are also admonished to resist the devil and he will flee from us. (James 4:7)
Standing with you in faith and prayer, trusting in the Lord's power to heal and restore.
