We join you in lifting up your loved one to the Lord, seeking His healing and restoration. In the World English Bible (WEB), James 5:14-15 tells us, "Is any among you sick? He should call for the elders of the assembly, and they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing and mercy for our beloved brother who has undergone brain surgery. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to heal and restore. We pray that You will revive and repair his brain cells and nerves, preventing any memory loss. Regulate his blood pressure and other vitals to normal, and grant him the strength to eat, talk, and walk as he did before.
We ask that You restore his senses and body reflexes smoothly, and heal his bed sores, wound, and stitches swiftly. Bless the nurses and physiotherapist team with wisdom and skill as they care for him. Forgive his sins and bless his family, who are seeking Your love, mercy, and divine miracle.
We also pray in the name of Jesus that if there is any witchcraft, curse, black magic, and evil spirits against him, they are to be repelled. Lord, we know that You are the truth and light, driving out any darkness.
Father, we ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to You and it is in His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved."
We encourage you and the family to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and is faithful to His promises. If possible, gather with fellow believers and follow the advice in James 5:14 calling the elders to anoint and pray over your loved one.
In the days ahead, meditate on His word and be encouraged by His promises. Remember the words of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Trust in the Lord, and may His peace and comfort be with you and your family.
