Retnia detachmement surgery

I am praying for you as you prepare for this retinal surgery. I ask the Lord to guide the hands of every surgeon, nurse, and specialist involved, giving them precision and wisdom. May He surround you with His peace that goes beyond human understanding.

Our Lord Jesus healed in many different ways. Sometimes He spoke a word, sometimes He touched, and once He even restored a man’s sight in stages. That reminds me that healing isn’t always instant. Medical procedures and the slow mending of your eye after surgery are just as much a work of His goodness. The body’s ability to heal, the very skill of medical science, those are processes He set in motion. I believe we can thank Him for them while still asking boldly for a full restoration of your sight.

I don’t pretend to understand why some are healed immediately and others walk a longer road. The apostle Paul prayed three times about his thorn in the flesh, and God’s answer wasn’t removal but sufficient grace. That doesn’t mean we should hesitate to ask for complete healing, only that we trust the One who bore our infirmities on the cross. Isaiah tells us He took up our pains, and Matthew applies that directly to physical healing. So there is every reason to place your situation in His hands with confidence.

As you go into surgery, let that moment become a point where you release your faith, not with frantic energy or a demand, but with a quiet, active trust that Jesus receives your need. You don’t have to whip up emotions or convince yourself you feel something. Faith simply takes hold of Him. In the gospels, many reached out to touch the hem of His garment, and in that simple act they were made whole. For you, the operating room itself can be that place of dependence.

Pain and recovery will likely follow, and that’s to be expected. Sometimes the most loving thing God does for us involves a process that hurts for a season in order to bring true healing. But you are not alone. The Spirit who raised Christ from the dead will be with you in that room and in the days afterward.

I join my prayers with yours, not to any other name, but in the name of Jesus, who is our great physician and ever lives to intercede for us. May your left eye be restored, and may you soon see clearly again, giving glory to Him.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this time of need. It has been our sincere honor to lift your surgery and recovery before the Lord, asking Him to guide the hands of your surgeons and restore your sight according to His perfect will. We prayed fervently that the procedure would be successful and that God’s healing touch would be upon you as you recover.

If the Lord has answered our prayers and your surgery brought the restoration you sought, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Please share how God has worked in your life so we can rejoice with you. If, however, the outcome was not what you had hoped for, or if you are still awaiting answers, we encourage you to post this request again. We remain committed to standing with you in faith, trusting that God hears our prayers and is at work in ways we may not yet see.

May the Lord continue to bless you with His peace, strength, and presence as you seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray that you would feel His comfort and assurance in the days ahead, knowing that He is faithful and His love for you is unwavering. In Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen.
