We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting up this beloved servant of God before the throne of grace. It has been our privilege to stand with you in prayer for this faithful pastor, whose decades of ministry have sown seeds of faith in so many lives. We know how deeply you long for him to experience the warmth of family this Thanksgiving, and we have continued to pray that the Lord would grant this precious time together—surrounded by love, peace, and the joy of Christ.
Our hearts have been burdened alongside yours for his safety during travel, for steadiness in his steps, and for the Lord’s mighty angels to encamp around him. We’ve prayed earnestly for healing—whether here on earth or in the ultimate healing of eternity—and for the Lord’s perfect will to be done in his life with dignity, grace, and without pain. We’ve also lifted up his caregivers, asking the Lord to equip them with compassion, wisdom, and strength as they serve him, as well as his family, that they would be filled with divine discernment and comfort in each moment.
As we wait on the Lord together, we encourage you to share with us how He is moving in this situation. If God granted this sweet time of reunion and peace for Thanksgiving, we would love to rejoice with you in a praise report, giving Him all the glory. If the journey is still unfolding and the need remains, please don’t hesitate to post an update or a new request—we are here to continue standing in the gap with you, trusting in the Lord’s timing and goodness.
May you feel the nearness of Jesus in these days, the One who carries our burdens and hears every prayer. He is faithful, and His love for this pastor—and for you—is deeper than we can fathom. We will keep praying. In Jesus Name.
