Humble Prayer Partner
Please pray with me for my marriage.
Father, forgive me Lord for the ways in which I have sinned against You. Cleanse me from all sin and lead me in the way everlasting. You alone are God and there is none beside You. You work all things after the counsel of Your own will and all your ways are right. Your will is perfect and Your ways are past finding out. You know my heart and my wife's heart. You see where no one else sees.
So much harm has been done in this marriage. We have both said and done things that are not of You, and we need your help Lord.
Please heal this broken marriage. For your mercy's sake keep this marriage together. You said in Your Word that You hate divorce. Please keep us from it, and cause us to forgive one another, not bringing up past hurts. Help us so we are able to forget those things that are behind us and move forward in You. Cause us to receive Your healing. Give us the wisdom to face the problems we have in this marriage, not ignore them, but give them to You so that we can be changed. Show us the issues that need to be left alone, and those that need to be addressed. Show each of us those areas in ourselves where we are blind and need Your cleansing.
Lord, turn what satan intended for evil, into good- only You have the power to restore the love in this marriage. You are able to make it stronger than ever, healed and revived- a monument of Your grace. Glorify Your name through this marriage. Allow us to be a testimony of Your great love and endless mercy. In the name of Jesus I pray. Amen
