Restoration of relationship

Myself a baptised person, has been in love with my boyfriend ### for the last 6 years and he is a catholic guy. Our parents were against this as we belonged to different religions. After so much persuasion, he somehow managed his mother to accept this relationship by the end of last year. By then his cousins got married to catholic girls with the support of their family. When such incidents happened, his mother slowly started stepping back from this and kept insisting him to stop thinking about our marriage. In fact, we were expecting a happy ending, but his parents and relatives started blackmailing him, saying that her health is deteriorating as she was much concerned about this relationship and kept forcing him to forget me and marry according to their will. We are ### years old. For the past 8 months both of us have been going through the worst phase as we can't part ways and get married to someone else. His mother even started seeking proposals for him, stating that she would die soon and before that she needs to see him married. I am very much assaulted and worried by this. Even though both of us are in love, there is no way for us to be together and get married. So kindly pray for our reconciliation and my marriage with my long-time lover. I wish to spend the rest of my life with him and I firmly believe that nothing is impossible for God!!
