Restoration of my ###'s marriage

We lift up ### Moyo and her children before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, grieving the brokenness of this marriage. The Word of God is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant, a reflection of Christ’s love for His church, and it is never God’s will for a husband to abandon or mistreat his family. We rebuke in Jesus’ name the spirit of division, hardness of heart, and any ungodly influence that has driven this man to such actions. The Bible declares, *"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it"* (Ephesians 5:25). This is not a suggestion—it is a command from the Lord.
Father, we come before You with urgency, asking for Your divine intervention in this marriage. Soften the heart of ###’s husband, Lord. Break the pride, anger, or bitterness that may have taken root in him. Let him see the weight of his actions through Your eyes and remember the vows he made before You. We pray for repentance, restoration, and reconciliation—not just for the sake of this family, but for the glory of Your name. *"Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken"* (Ecclesiastes 4:12). We declare that this marriage is not beyond Your healing power, Lord.
We also stand in the gap for ### and her children. Father, be their Provider, their Protector, and their Peace in this storm. Give ### strength to trust You, wisdom to navigate this season, and grace to extend forgiveness even when it feels impossible. Guard her heart from bitterness, and let her cling to the promise that *"the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). For her children, we pray for stability, security, and the assurance that You are their Father, even when earthly fathers fail.
Lord, we ask that You surround this family with godly counsel—men and women who will speak truth in love, hold them accountable, and walk with them through this trial. Expose any deception, whether from the enemy or from their own flesh, that is hindering restoration. We declare that what the enemy meant for harm, You will turn for good (Genesis 50:20). May this marriage not only be restored but transformed into a testimony of Your faithfulness.
We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, the One who reconciles all things to Himself. Without His name, there is no access to Your throne, no power in our prayers, and no hope for true restoration. Humble Servant of All
Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
