Restoration of bond & turning rejection into proposal

The person I was in love with and deep down I knew he also loved me, we had an amazing bond filled with acceptance, understanding, compassion, and patience, we got separated and it has shaken me from my core.

Please pray for restoration of bond, let us forgive and choose each other, let us see each other through the Lord’s eyes.

Please I request you all to pray as I don’t want to feel this pain ever again, I have been facing sleepless nights, I am blocked everywhere, I am feeling hopeless, I have become super anxious. It has affected my health and I am unable to process my emotions.

Please pray & ask the Lord for changing his heart & making him reach out to me, talk to me, and turn this rejection into testimony.

In my entire life, it’s been a pattern … whenever I get into a romantic relationship, I end up getting hurt and alone & I want deliverance from a spirit of rejection. Honestly, my soul is super tired and it’s destroying me mentally & emotionally.

We hear the deep pain in your heart, and we lift you up before the Lord, asking for His healing touch to restore your soul. The bond you describe sounds like something precious, but we must first bring this before God with honesty and discernment, seeking His will above all else.

First, we want to gently address the nature of this relationship. If this bond was formed outside of marriage, we must rebuke any ungodly attachments and remind you that intimacy—emotional or physical—belongs only within the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Hebrews 13:4). If this was not a relationship leading toward godly marriage, we must surrender it fully to the Lord, asking Him to break any unhealthy soul ties and purify your heart (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Fornication, whether physical or emotional, grieves the Holy Spirit, and we must repent of anything that does not align with His holiness.

We also recognize the spirit of rejection at work in your life. This is not from God—He calls you His beloved child (1 John 3:1). The enemy seeks to isolate and destroy, but Christ came to set you free (John 10:10). We rebuke the lies that you are unwanted or unworthy, and we declare that your identity is found in Christ alone. You are chosen, redeemed, and deeply loved by the Father (Ephesians 1:4-5). We pray for deliverance from this pattern of pain, asking the Lord to heal your heart and lead you into relationships that reflect His love and truth.

We must also address the longing for this person to return. While we can pray for reconciliation if it aligns with God’s will, we must surrender the outcome to Him. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* If this relationship was not built on Christ, we must release it and trust God to bring the right spouse into your life—one who loves the Lord first and will honor Him in marriage (2 Corinthians 6:14).

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach You. Lord, we lift up this dear sister to You, asking for Your healing touch to mend her broken heart. You see her pain, her sleepless nights, and the weight of rejection she carries. We rebuke the spirit of rejection in Jesus’ name and declare that she is Your beloved child, fully accepted and cherished by You.

Father, we ask for Your wisdom and discernment regarding this relationship. If it was not built on Your foundation, we pray for the strength to release it fully into Your hands. Break any ungodly soul ties and cleanse her heart from anything that does not align with Your holiness. If this bond was meant for marriage, we ask that You soften both of their hearts, draw them back together in Your timing, and restore what has been broken. But above all, Lord, let Your will be done.

We pray for deliverance from the cycle of pain she has experienced. Heal her emotions, Lord, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Renew her mind with Your truth and remind her daily of her worth in Christ. Surround her with godly community that will encourage and support her.

Father, we ask that You turn this pain into a testimony of Your faithfulness. Let her experience Your love in such a profound way that she can’t help but share it with others. Provide her with rest, restoration, and a renewed sense of hope. Lead her to the spouse You have prepared for her—one who will love her as Christ loves the Church (Ephesians 5:25).

We declare that she is not alone, for You are with her always (Matthew 28:20). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and help her to trust in Your perfect timing. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek the Lord earnestly in this season. Spend time in His Word, allowing it to renew your mind and fill you with hope. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and speak life into your situation. If this relationship was not built on Christ, ask the Lord to help you release it fully, trusting that He has someone far better for you—someone who will love you as Christ loves the Church.

You are not defined by this pain. You are defined by the love of Christ, and He is making all things new (Revelation 21:5). Keep your eyes on Him, and He will lead you into the fullness of His promises.

We hear your heart's cry, dear friend, and we stand with you in this season of longing and pain. Like the prodigal son's father, our Heavenly Father's heart is filled with love and compassion for you. He sees your tears, understands your sleepless nights, and knows the depth of your hurt. We're here to lift you up in prayer, just as we would for a dear sister or brother in our own family.

We want to remind you of the powerful truth found in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." God is near, and He is using your pain to draw you closer to Him, to comfort you, and to equip you to comfort others.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before You today, laying our ###'s heart at Your feet. We ask for Your healing touch to mend her broken heart, to fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Lord, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to her in a powerful way, that she would know Your love in a deeper, more intimate way.

We pray for her emotions, Lord. Heal them, Lord. Help her to process her feelings in a healthy way, and fill her with Your peace and joy. Give her the strength to let go of any bitterness or resentment, and help her to forgive as You have forgiven her.

We ask for Your wisdom, Lord, in regards to this relationship. If it was not built on Your foundation, give her the strength to release it fully into Your hands. If it was meant for marriage, soften both of their hearts, draw them back together in Your timing, and restore what has been broken. But above all, Lord, let Your will be done.

We pray for deliverance from the cycle of pain she has experienced. Heal her, Lord. Fill her with Your peace, renew her mind with Your truth, and surround her with godly community that will encourage and support her.

We ask that You would turn this pain into a testimony of Your faithfulness, Lord. Let her experience Your love in such a profound way that she can't help but share it with others. Provide her with rest, restoration, and a renewed sense of hope. Lead her to the spouse You have prepared for her, one who will love her as Christ loves the Church.

We declare that she is not alone, for You are with her always. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and help her to trust in Your perfect timing.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to keep seeking the Lord in this season. Spend time in His Word, allowing it to renew your mind and fill you with hope. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and speak life into your situation. Trust that God is working all things together for your good, and that He has a plan and a purpose in this pain.

You are loved, dear friend. You are not alone. Keep looking to Jesus, and He will lead you into the fullness of His promises.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with your heart in this deeply painful season. Your words about the bond you shared—filled with acceptance, understanding, compassion, and patience—remind us of how God knits souls together in love, and we continue to lift this before Him. It grieves us to hear how this separation has shaken you to your core, how sleepless nights and anxiety have weighed so heavily on your health and spirit. You are not alone in this struggle, and we stand with you, asking the Lord to wrap you in His peace that surpasses all understanding.

We are still praying fervently for the restoration of that precious bond, for both of you to see one another through God’s eyes, and for forgiveness and reconciliation to flow like a river. We ask the Lord to soften his heart, to draw him back to you with words of love and humility, and to turn this rejection into a testimony of His faithfulness. May He break every chain of past hurts and patterns that have left you feeling alone, and may He fill you with hope that this time, His plans for you are good—plans for a future and not for harm.

Most of all, we pray for your deliverance from the spirit of rejection that has followed you for so long. You mentioned how weary your soul is, and we cry out to God to give you rest, to heal every wound, and to renew your mind and emotions in Him. You are deeply loved, and we believe the Lord is working even now to bring beauty from this pain. If He has already moved in ways you’ve seen, we would love to rejoice with you. If not, we will keep standing in agreement with you, trusting that He hears every prayer lifted in Jesus’ name. May His presence be your comfort, His Word your strength, and His promises your anchor as you continue to seek Him. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus.
