God, I confess all that I committed whether certainly or uncertainly. May I receive the spirit of forgiveness. May the Holy Spirit wash away all my dirt and evil and promote me among those that have been selected to the leadership and administration of this country. Thank you for the degrees and diplomas that you have given me in my education attached here with:

Pray for my documents so that I may receive favors of placement to higher offices, salary increments, official missions abroad, allowances. I will contribute highly to the work of God's kingdom.
