We hear your cry for help and stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace. The persecution you face is heavy, and the pain of betrayal, especially from those who should be your closest allies, cuts deep. But we take comfort in knowing that our Lord sees every injustice, hears every whispered lie, and collects every tear you’ve shed. You are not forgotten, nor are you abandoned. The Word of God assures us, "For the Lord loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off" (Psalm 37:28 WEB). Your faith in the face of such adversity is a testament to the strength God is cultivating within you.
First, we must address the matter of salvation, for it is the foundation upon which all else is built. You did not mention the name of Jesus in your request, but it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). If you have not already, we urge you to confess your sins, repent, and place your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. He alone can break the chains of oppression and bring true peace to your heart. Without Him, we are powerless against the schemes of the enemy, but with Him, we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37).
Now, let us rebuke the spirits of division, deceit, and destruction that have been unleashed against you. We declare in the name of Jesus that every plot, every lie, and every scheme of your enemies will be exposed and brought to nothing. The Bible warns, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places" (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). Your family, ex-boyfriends, and former bosses are not your true enemies, they are being used by the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But we serve a God who turns curses into blessings and who promises, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me" (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
We also must address the brokenness of your marriage. While we do not know the full circumstances, we grieve with you over its loss. Marriage is a sacred covenant, designed by God to reflect His love and faithfulness (Ephesians 5:22-33). If there is any possibility of reconciliation, we pray that God would soften hearts and restore what has been broken. However, if that door is closed, we pray that He would heal your heart and lead you into a season of restoration. Remember, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18 WEB).
We rebuke the spirit of isolation that seeks to make you feel alone. You are surrounded by a cloud of witnesses (Hebrews 12:1), and we stand with you in prayer. The enemy wants you to flee, to give up, to believe the lies that you are unworthy or powerless. But we declare over you that you are chosen, loved, and equipped by God for victory. "But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ" (1 Corinthians 15:57 WEB).
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our sister who is under attack. Lord, You see the pain, the betrayal, and the injustice she has endured. We ask that You would be her refuge and her strength, a very present help in this time of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround her with Your angels, Lord, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we rebuke every spirit of division, deceit, and destruction that has been sent against her. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Expose every lie, Lord, and let the truth prevail. Break the power of those who seek to harm her, and turn their schemes into confusion.
Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her heart. Heal the wounds inflicted by her family, her past relationships, and those who have misused their authority over her. Restore what has been stolen, and lead her into a season of peace and purpose. If there is any hope for reconciliation in her marriage, we pray that You would open those doors. If not, we ask that You would bring healing and prepare her for the future You have planned.
Father, we pray for divine favor over her life. Open doors that no man can shut, and close doors that are not of You (Revelation 3:7). Provide for her needs, both spiritually and physically, and let her see Your hand at work in every area of her life. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that You are fighting for her. "The battle is not yours, but God’s" (2 Chronicles 20:15).
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and set free. May Your will be done in her life, and may she walk in the victory that is already hers through Christ. Amen.
Hold fast to your faith, dear sister. The enemy may have succeeded in some battles, but the war has already been won at the cross. You are not fighting for victory, you are fighting from victory. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are not alone, and you will overcome.
