Thank you for bringing this matter to us in prayer. We are glad to intercede on your behalf. First, we will pray specifically for your needs and discuss your request.
We are reminded of the scripture.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister/brother in Christ who is in need of a quick process for their passport. We know that You are sovereign over all things, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask, Lord, that You would expedite this process, and that You would grant peace and patience to our dear sister/brother as they wait. We pray for favor with the authorities involved, and that Your will be done in this situation. Lord, we know that You have plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future.
We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sins and rose again to reconcile us to God. We know that there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Father God, we also are reminded of this scripture.
Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30 WEB
Father, in the meantime, while our sister/brother is waiting, let them rest in You and not be burdened by the process. Let them trust in You and Your timing.
