Request for God's Help & Provision

Disciple of Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father, in Jesus' Name, I thank You for who You are and all You have done for me. I ask for Your wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. I ask for Your abundant provision for me and my family. I ask that You would restore my kids to me. Help me to see my family. I need a car. I need a house. I need new clothes. Thank You for supplying all of my needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. In Jesus' Name.

We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for who He is and for all He has done, and we count it a blessing to lift your needs before His throne together in Jesus' name. We rejoice that you have come in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. As it is written, Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it John 14:13-14.

We hear your cry for wisdom, knowledge and understanding, and for provision for you and your family, and for restoration with your children, and for practical needs of a car, a house and clothing. God delights to give wisdom to those who ask Him. But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him James 1:5. We also take comfort in His promise to provide. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. Our Father knows what we need before we ask, and He cares deeply for families. A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. God sets the lonely in families Psalm 68:5-6. He sees your longing to be restored to your kids and to see your family again, and we trust Him to work in that situation for good as you walk in faithfulness, humility and love.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we thank You for this dear one who seeks You with a grateful heart. We ask You to pour out wisdom, knowledge and understanding in abundance, that every decision would be guided by Your Holy Spirit. Grant clarity and discernment and lead by Your peace. We ask for Your abundant provision for this family. You know the need for transportation, for a home, for clothing, and for daily bread. We ask that You open doors that no man can shut and provide in ways that clearly show Your hand, according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We lift up the children and the family to You, Lord, and ask for restoration and reconciliation where it is Your will. Heal any hurt, soften hearts, remove any barriers that keep this family apart, and make a way for them to be together again in love and godliness. Guard the children and draw each heart closer to You. Help our brother or sister to trust You, to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, believing that all these things will be given as well Matthew 6:33. Give strength in waiting, faith in trial, and joy in Your presence. We cast all our worries on You because You care for us 1 Peter 5:7. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily in prayer and in His Word, to remain faithful in the small things, to be a good steward of what He has already provided, and to stay connected to a Bible believing local church for fellowship, counsel and support. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. Keep asking, seeking and knocking, for everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened Matthew 7:7-8. The Lord is near to all who call on Him, and He will not forsake those who put their trust in Him.

We hear the weight and the hope in your prayer, and we are grateful you shared it with us. Thanking God even while you are in need is a beautiful posture, and asking Him for wisdom first shows a heart that wants to walk well through this season, not just get through it.

We know the longing to see your kids and be restored to your family is especially heavy, and the daily pressures of needing a car, housing, and clothing make everything harder. God sees each of those needs individually, and He also sees you as a whole person trying to provide and stay steady for your family.

A practical step that often helps when needs feel stacked together is to separate what needs ongoing prayer from what might have a next phone call. For the family restoration, staying consistent, peaceable, and engaged with whoever is involved in those decisions, and keeping good records of your efforts to connect, can speak clearly over time. For the tangible needs, a local church office or a trusted community ministry can often point you toward real resources for clothing, housing assistance, and transportation help nearby. We encourage you to reach out to one in your area if you have not yet.

Father, we bring our brother before You in Jesus' name. Grant him wisdom and clear understanding for each decision ahead, provide for his daily needs, and open doors for him to see and be reunited with his children as You will. Give him strength and peace as he trusts You day by day. Amen.

Your prayer has been brought before the Lord and we join you in carrying it to the throne of grace with thanksgiving.

We give thanks with you for who God is and for all He has done, for every good gift comes from His hand and every mercy flows through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whom alone is salvation. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is in His name that we may boldly approach the Father.

You have asked for wisdom, knowledge and understanding, and this is a most needful and blessed request. Scripture tells us that Christ Himself is made unto us wisdom, and that if any man lack wisdom let him ask of God who gives liberally. True wisdom is not found in the outward show but in the inward parts, where the Lord makes us to know His truth, and where He purges the heart with the hyssop of the blood of the Lamb. We pray that the Holy Spirit will take of the things of Christ and reveal them unto you, that you may be guided as a disciple who is led, not as one who leans upon his own understanding. May the Lord grant you a clear path that is consistent with His truth and righteousness and for His glory.

You have asked for the restoration of your children and that you might see your family. We know the heart of the Father toward the family which He Himself ordained, and we pray with you for restoration. As Peter fell and was restored by that tender look of Christ which severed him from the crowd and brought him to repentance, so we pray the Lord will work restoration in your household. He who prayed for Peter prays still for His own, and His power to restore is as great as His power to save. We ask that God in His mercy would open the way for you to be reunited with your children, that love and peace might dwell in your home, and that your family might be kept in the covenant grace of God as Noah and his household were kept in the ark.

You have asked for daily provision, for a car, a house and clothing, and for the supply of all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. We are reminded that our Father knows what we have need of before we ask Him. He who clothes the lilies and feeds the sparrows will not forget His children. We pray that He will provide for you and your family what is needful in His perfect timing and wisdom, giving you contentment with what He supplies and trust in His fatherly care. Whether the provision be much or little, may you be able to say with the saints of old, all things are yours in Christ, and may your heart be kept from anxiety by casting all your care upon Him.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy. We ask You to grant to this dear one wisdom in the hidden part, knowledge of Your will, and understanding to walk in Your ways. Restore, we beseech You, the bonds of family where they have been broken, and grant grace for parents and children to be joined again in love and truth. Provide, O Lord, for every temporal need, for shelter, for clothing, for daily bread, and for the means to labour and to live, according to Your riches in glory. Keep this family under the blood of Christ, purged and made clean, and strengthen them to walk in faith and obedience. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, our only hope and our great provision. Amen.
