Beloved of All
🙇🏻Repents,Turns to God Acts 3:19 Renewal Tit 3:3-8👁️👁Opened by💡of God's 📖 2 Cor 4:4-6 Quits self over god Gen 3:1-15, New 💝 Ezek 36:26, Experiences New Birth Jesus said is a necessity, Jn 3:3-7... 🧎🏽‍♂️Father, You will that none would perish but all come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9. Grant her wisdom and revelation to actually know You, Eph 1:17. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of The Holy one is understanding, Prov 9:10. Surely You take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather they turn from their evil ways and live, Ezek 33:11... You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:4. Eternal fire was prepared for the devil and his angels, Matt 25:41, not humans that were originally made to image God, Gen 1:27.

We ask for grace and discipline to add fasting, Mk 4:29, which the early church said, "fasting and giving lends wings to prayer," (###, 155AD - 240AD). Help the one compassionate, honest and understanding family member learn to fear God all the day long, Prov 23:17, LET NO ONE DECEIVE YOU, Matt 24:4, be saved by trusting Jesus work on the cross, 2 Cor 5:21, evidenced by repentance for remission of sins, Luke 24:46-47, and witness to truth, 1 Tim 4:16. I forgive this one who has broken covenantal faith and vows with no confession, remorse or repentance, for leading men into adultery and thus destruction, Prov 6:32, for neglecting pastoral counsel, texts and phone calls for months. I forgive her, she knows not what she does, Luke 23:34. If a king's heart is as channels of water in Your hand, Prov 21:1, how much more an individual that has chosen to feed on raisin cakes and needs repentance from serious sins, which Hosea's "deal with her" was based on repentance and faithfulness, see Hos 3:1-5. Jesus, after pronouncing that forgiving the sins of other has authority, John 8:10-11, John 20:23, said, "Go and sin no more," John 8:10. I've reached out, am still reaching out, have prayed and fasted, am still praying and asking for wisdom and grace to fast -- let her not be to me as most of Jerusalem was unwilling to gather under the Shelter of Wings of God Almighty, Ps 17:8, Ps 57:1, 91:1, or come to Jesus, over which He publicly wept, they having stoned those sent to rescue them, Matt 23:37... Thankfully she is in a country that is impossible to get the "D" word. I know I have the adultery clause from Jesus which allows me to "D" and remarry, Matt 5:32, Matt 19:9, however only in The Lord, 1 Cor 7:39, see being equally yoked, 2 Cor 6:14-15, Old Testament precedent, Gen 24:3-4. And if she is unsaved, which everything indicates, there is the desertion by an unbelieving spouse clause, 1 Cor 7:15, where traditional, modern and ancient Jewish theology all allow for remarriage as if the unbelieving spouse (or adulteress) "were dead." However I am thinking and ASKING for mercy, kindness for repentance and salvation here, 2 Peter 3:9, 1 Tim 2:1-7. Maybe she was saved but probably just a church goer, but, regardless, "If any of you wanders from the truth and someone turns her back it's considered turning a sinner from the errors of their ways, and counted as a soul saved from death, and covers a multitude of sins, James 5:19-20? I ask for that THAT -- may THAT yield a remarkable testimony of God's saving grace, 1 Tim 1:15-16, and exemplify Christ and The Church, Eph 5:32-33. So I again ask for wisdom, Prov 2:1-5, Col 1:9-10, James 1:5, and for love to abound in knowledge and discernment to choose the highest, Phil 1:9-11, yet asking for it loosely as CHRIST in the Garden of Gethsemane, Matt 26:39, Mk 14:36, Luke 22:42 -- NEVERTHELESS, let YOUR WILL BE DONE, Matt 6:10, Heb 5:7.

Soften her heart and protect her (also the youth, and all of us that actually ask God to save her so the little ones do not stumble, Mt 18:16, Mk 9:42, Lk 17:2), keep her from temptation and evil, Matt 6:13. Let LIGHT SHINE that penetrates darkness, Jn 1:5, 1 Jn 1:5, 2 Cor 4:4, 2 Cor 4:6, to open their eyes, turning this one from the power of darkness to light, and power of satan to God, that they may partake of the inheritance along with all who are sanctified by faith in Jesus Christ, Acts 26:18, 1 Cor 1:30. Help her, them (and all of us) use our "Bible Apps" and understand what it says enough to let the Words You have caused to live inside become flesh in real life, Jn 1:12, James 1:22-23. Let "Jesus Christ's love be publicly portrayed," Gal 3:1, and model it to each and every family member, those most near and dear and beyond and blinded -- let us be living epistles known and read by all, 2 Cor 3:2. All Scripture is inspired by God Almighty and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right," 2 Tim 3:15-16. "Do not take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one," John 17:15. "Sanctify us by the truth; Your word is truth," John 17:17. Thank you in The Name of Jesus, The One Mediator between God and Man, 1 Tim 2:5, in Jesus' Name.

"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh," Ezek 36:26.
"But this is the covenant I'll make... I'll put My law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I'll be their God; they'll be My people," Jer 31:33.
Jesus replied, "Truly, truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless one is born again," Jn 3:3, "Do not be amazed that I said, 'You must be born again,'" John 3:7.

We hear your deep anguish and the weight of your heart as you plead for the salvation, repentance, and restoration of one who has caused you great pain. Your request is saturated with Scripture, a hunger for God’s will, and a longing for mercy to triumph over judgment. We stand with you in this burden, lifting it before the throne of grace, for it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). There is no other name by which we may be saved, and it is by His blood alone that we are reconciled to God (Romans 5:9-10). If this beloved one does not yet know Christ, we pray the Holy Spirit would convict her of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), for apart from Him, there is no hope of true transformation.

Your cry for repentance is rooted in the very heart of God, who declares, "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out" (Acts 3:19 WEB). The Lord takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked but desires that all should reach repentance (Ezekiel 33:11, 2 Peter 3:9). We join you in fasting and prayer, for the early church understood that "fasting and giving lend wings to prayer" (Didache 7:4), and Jesus Himself taught that some spiritual strongholds are only broken through prayer and fasting (Mark 9:29). May the Lord grant you the grace to persevere in this discipline, even as you seek wisdom like Solomon (James 1:5).

The pain of betrayal and broken covenant vows is profound, and we grieve with you over the adultery that has defiled what God joined together (Matthew 19:6). Adultery is a grievous sin that destroys marriages, families, and souls (Proverbs 6:32), and it must be confronted with truth and repentance. Yet we also see your Christlike heart in choosing to forgive, even as Jesus prayed, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do" (Luke 23:34 WEB). Forgiveness does not mean excusing sin, it means releasing the offender to God’s justice while entrusting yourself to His care. We rebuke the spirit of deception that would harden her heart, for the enemy seeks to blind minds to the light of the gospel (2 Corinthians 4:4). But where sin abounds, grace abounds much more (Romans 5:20).

You rightly acknowledge the biblical grounds for divorce in cases of adultery (Matthew 5:32, 19:9) and desertion by an unbeliever (1 Corinthians 7:15). Yet your heart’s desire is not for separation but for redemption, a testimony of God’s saving grace that would glorify Christ and reflect the mystery of Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:32). This is a holy longing, and we pray the Lord would either soften her heart to repentance or grant you the wisdom to walk in His will, whether that leads to restoration or a godly release. Either way, we declare that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).

We pray now for this precious soul:

"Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only Mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). We lift up this woman who has wandered from Your truth. Lord, You who desire that none should perish but all come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9), we ask that You would open her eyes to the deception of sin and the beauty of Your holiness. Remove the veil from her heart (2 Corinthians 3:16) and let the light of the gospel shine into the darkness (2 Corinthians 4:6). Convict her of her sin, not to condemn but to save (John 3:17), and grant her the gift of repentance (Acts 11:18).

Father, we ask for a miraculous work of Your Spirit in her life. Give her a new heart and a new spirit, as You promised in Ezekiel 36:26. Write Your law on her heart (Jeremiah 31:33) and let her taste and see that You are good (Psalm 34:8). If she has never truly been born again (John 3:3), we pray for her spiritual rebirth, let her be raised to new life in Christ (Ephesians 2:5). If she has backslidden, restore her to fellowship with You (1 John 1:9).

Lord, we also pray for protection over her soul. Guard her from the schemes of the enemy (Ephesians 6:11) and keep her from further sin. Surround her with godly influences who will speak truth in love (Ephesians 4:15). Soften her heart to receive correction and humble her to seek Your face. Let her not be like Jerusalem, who refused to gather under Your wings (Matthew 23:37), but draw her to Yourself with cords of love (Hosea 11:4).

We pray for the family members who love her and long for her salvation. Grant them wisdom to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15) and boldness to testify to Your goodness (Acts 4:29). Let them be living epistles of Your grace (2 Corinthians 3:2), modeling Christlike love and patience. Protect them from discouragement and fill them with hope in Your promises.

Father, we ask for Your will to be done in this situation. If it is Your plan to restore this marriage, let it be for Your glory and in a way that honors You. If it is Your will for paths to diverge, grant peace and healing to all involved. Either way, let Your name be exalted. We trust in Your sovereignty, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).

Finally, Lord, we pray for [], who has carried this burden with such faith and perseverance. Strengthen him in his inner being (Ephesians 3:16) and fill him with the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let him abound in love, knowledge, and discernment (Philippians 1:9) so that he may approve what is excellent and be pure and blameless for the day of Christ (Philippians 1:10). May he find his sufficiency in You alone (2 Corinthians 3:5) and walk in the fullness of Your Spirit (Galatians 5:16).

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

Beloved, we encourage you to continue standing on the promises of God, even when the night is darkest. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He hears the cries of His children. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Whether this season leads to restoration or a new chapter, trust that God is writing a story of redemption. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and let His love compel you to walk in obedience, even when the path is painful.

If you have not already, consider seeking wise, biblical counsel from a pastor or trusted Christian leader who can walk alongside you in this journey. The Lord often uses the body of Christ to bring comfort, accountability, and clarity. And remember, your testimony, whether of restoration or God’s faithfulness in sorrow, will one day be a light to others who walk through similar valleys. To God be the glory, now and forever. Amen.

We hear the weight behind these words, the long season of praying, fasting, reaching out, and still watching someone you care for walk away from God and from her vows. That is a heavy, lonely burden to carry, and we don't want to rush past the grief in it.

What stands out to us is that even in your hurt, you have already laid down the right to revenge and bitterness. You said clearly, "I forgive her." That is no small thing, it's a decisive, costly choice that keeps your own heart from being twisted by what she's done. Decisional forgiveness like that is real, even when the feelings haven't caught up yet. It means you are not holding a debt over her head, and that frees you to pray for her with open hands, not clenched fists, which is exactly what you are doing.

For the path forward, we'd encourage you to find one or two grounded, wise people in your church who can walk closely with you through this season, not just to vent, but to help you test your thinking and keep your heart clear. The questions you are carrying about remarriage, the adultery clause, and God's will are weighty, and they deserve unhurried, personal counsel from someone who knows you and your situation well.

You also mentioned fasting. If you haven't already, consider setting aside a brief, defined season, maybe a day a week, where you pull back from the constant mental replay and simply entrust this to God afresh. Not to twist His arm, but to quiet your own soul so you can hear His direction more clearly.

Lord, we come with this husband who has been faithful in pain and longs for his wife to truly know You. We don't know what she will choose, but we ask You to pierce whatever darkness has settled over her heart and bring her to honest repentance and real salvation. Protect the young ones caught in this. Give this man steady, supernatural wisdom for each next step, and let him sense Your nearness in the waiting. In Jesus' name.

The pouring out of a soul in prayer, laden with Scripture, is no small thing. It is the mark of a heart that has been taught of God to cling to His own promises, and this is well. Yet in the tangle of texts and the anguish of a broken covenant, there is a danger of so dissecting the disease that the Physician is overlooked. The case is plain: a soul has wandered, vows are shattered, and the iniquity of adultery has brought its own destruction. You have done right to forgive, for the spirit that cries, “They know not what they do,” is the Spirit of Christ. But mark this well, there is a repentance that springs from terror, a repentance that is but the flesh’s horror at its own consequences, and not the Spirit’s hatred of the sin itself. Such repentance leaves the heart unregenerate, and the sinner, like Judas, may confess and yet perish.

The repentance you must plead for is not merely a turning from the ruin sin has caused, but a turning to God through Jesus Christ. It is a repentance that is perfectly consistent with faith, for the two are the Siamese twins of Grace. You cannot have the one without the other. The true penitent hates sin because it slew Christ, and flees from it to the very wounds it made. To pray for her salvation is to pray she might see that the blood of Jesus cleanses from all sin, even the treachery of a broken covenant, even the defilement of adultery. The promise is not for the superficially sorry; it is for the broken and contrite heart which God does not despise. Her heart must be rent, not merely her garments.

Let your fasting and prayer be fixed not upon the circumstances of the marriage bond, but upon the miracle of a new heart. A heart of stone must be removed; a heart of flesh must be given. This is the sovereign work of the Holy Spirit, and it is a work He delights to do for the worst of sinners. Do not let your mind become entangled in the lawful clauses of desertion or remarriage until you have poured out your soul like water for the salvation of this one. Christ wept over a Jerusalem that would not come to Him; you may weep, but you must look to Him who is able to bring the unwilling soul to His feet. Her public portrayal of Christ crucified, which you long for, will never come by moral reform; it must come by a living faith that cleaves to the Substitute.

Cast your burden upon the Lord in this manner: “Father, give her a repentance unto life, not a repentance that is the mere terror of the lost, but that holy sorrow which is the gift of Thy Son. Open her eyes to see the evil of her sin, not merely its disaster. Bring her to the cross, not to make amends, but to be made anew. I beseech Thee, not merely to mend the vessel of this marriage, but to create a new creature out of the ruin.” This is to pray with hope. For the Lord has declared, “I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely.” Let your confidence be as high as the heavens are above the earth, for His ways of pardoning are that lofty. Wrestle not for a repaired reputation or a restored past, but for a miracle that will make this wandering one a living epistle, known and read, to the praise of His glorious Grace.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Great is the power of repentance, for it can set free even one who has fallen into the deepest pit of wickedness. You have done well to forgive her, and your grief for her soul is a godly sorrow that works repentance unto salvation, a sorrow that brings no regret. Do not let the weight of this drive you to despair; rather let it fuel your prayers and your fasting, for fasting and giving lend wings to prayer, and open the door to the mercy of God.

You ask whether she can be restored. Hear what the Apostle said: “My little children, of whom I travail in birth again, until Christ be formed in you.” Even after a fall, there is travail, there is new birth. But this new birth is not a second baptism; it is the renewal of the mind by the Spirit, the heart of stone replaced with a heart of flesh. That is the work of God alone, and you have asked rightly that He would grant it.

Yet do not neglect your own soul. You have mentioned the clauses of divorce, and you show restraint, seeking mercy rather than a swift release. That is a noble path, but be watchful over your own heart. Even the saints did not know all things; Samuel looked on Eliab and thought him the Lord’s anointed, but God saw the heart. Entrust the hidden things to God, and focus on what is commanded to you: to love, to pray, to fast, to show mercy. The short word of faith, confessing with the mouth the Lord Jesus and believing in the heart that God raised Him from the dead, holds salvation in a few words. Hold fast to that, and let your life be an epistle known and read by her.

Do not cease to do good: alms, prayers, compunction, humility, a contrite heart. These are the medicines for every wound. Forgive her as you have done, and continue to show mercy, for mercy triumphs over judgment. Pour out your tears for her as Paul did for those who stumbled; such grief is full of delight in the sight of God, for it comes from a soul devoted to Him and full of affection.

Whether she will turn back, no one can say with certainty. But the Lord desires that all be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, and He has said, “I will put my laws in their mind and write them on their heart.” Plead that promise, and leave the outcome to His wisdom. Your part is to be faithful, to stand in the gap with fasting and prayer, and to trust that He is able to form Christ in her anew.

Above all, do not let the sun go down on hope. The bosom of fortitude is firmer than adamant; hold fast to that strength which is not your own. Keep asking, keep seeking, keep knocking, and let your will be continually yielded to His: “Nevertheless, not my will, but Yours be done.”

The depth of your longing for true wisdom shines through every line. You are not just asking for a change in circumstances; you are asking for the very mind of God to navigate a maze of heartbreak, betrayal, and hope. That is the cry wisdom delights to answer. Remember that all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ Himself. When you ask for wisdom, you are really asking for more of Him to be formed in your thinking and your choices.

There is a wisdom that the world offers in moments like this. It would counsel you to harden your heart, to protect yourself with cynicism, or to satisfy the ache with some quick, earthy resolution. But that wisdom is sensual and unspiritual; it leads to envy and strife, and in the end it comes to nothing. The wisdom you need descends from above. It is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and full of mercy. That is the wisdom that can guide you now, balancing the raw honesty of your pain with a supernatural capacity to love what God loves and hate what God hates. The fear of the Lord is the very starting point of that wisdom, and I see it in you, a trembling reverence for His will that says, “Nevertheless, not my will, but Yours be done.” That posture is the doorway through which heavenly wisdom enters.

You have filled your mind with knowledge, the promises, the warnings, the provisions for divorce and for redemption. But knowledge alone is not enough; it must be married to wisdom, which is the proper application of truth. Wisdom will teach you when to stand and when to let go, when to speak and when to be silent, when to continue fasting and praying and when that fast must become not a plea to change someone else, but a surrender of your own soul into the hands of the One who judges justly. Your fasting is seen, not as a display, but as a genuine groaning of the heart. That kind of fasting loosens bonds of wickedness inside you, even if the external bond remains unbroken. It keeps you from becoming what you grieve.

Let wisdom also preserve you from the lie that your forgiveness or your hope for her repentance means you must live in perpetual chaos. True wisdom knows how to set boundaries that are righteous, not vindictive. It teaches you that forgiving a debt does not mean you must hand over the keys to your inner life again without evidence of a new heart and a new spirit. You have extended mercy, but wisdom will show you how to entrust the outcome fully to God while you walk in peace, whether she remains a prodigal or one day returns with a broken and contrite heart.

Get wisdom. Love her, for she will keep you. She is more valuable than the resolution you crave, more precious than any earthly outcome. As you continue to seek, know that the same wisdom that was with the Father before the foundations of the world is standing at the gates of your own perplexity, crying out, “I have counsel and sound judgment; I am understanding, I have strength.” Lean in, and you will find that the path forward, though narrow, is flooded with light.
