🙇🏻Repents,Turns to God Acts 3:19 Renewal Tit 3:3-8👁️👁Opened by💡of God's 📖 2 Cor 4:4-6 Quits self over god Gen 3:1-15, New 💝 Ezek 36:26 Jn 3:3-7...🧎🏽‍♂️Father, first and foremost, I thank You that You were in Christ, reconciling the world to Yourself, not counting our trespasses against us, 2 Cor 5:19. I totally forgive my wife for everything, John 20:23, even as Jesus asked that You forgive those who crucified Him, "Father, forgive them, they don't know what they're doing," Luke 23:17, and Stephen in Acts imitated this while being stoned to death, "Lord, do not count this sin against them," Acts 7:59-60. Of course we pray she does not continue in sin, but rather Repents, Turns back to God so she can be saved, Luke 24:46-47, Experiences Renewal Tit 3:3-8👁️👁Opened by💡of God's 📖 2 Cor 4:4-6 Quits serving herself over god Gen 3:1-15, New 💝 Ezek 36:26, , "See to it she sins no more that NOTHING WORSE befalls her, John 5:14 -- But RATHER Experiences THE NEW BIRTH Jesus said is a necessity, Jn 3:3-7... 🧎🏽‍♂️Father, You will that none would perish but all come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9. Grant her wisdom and revelation to actually know You, Eph 1:17. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of The Holy one is understanding, Prov 9:10. Surely You take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather they turn from their evil ways and live, Ezek 33:11... You desire all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:4. Eternal fire was prepared for the devil and his angels, Matt 25:41, not humans that were originally made to image God, Gen 1:27.

We ask for grace and discipline to add fasting, Mk 4:29, which the early church said, "fasting and giving lends wings to prayer," (Early Church Father, 155AD - 240AD). Help the one compassionate, honest and understanding family member learn to fear God all the day long, Prov 23:17, LET NO ONE DECEIVE HER, Matt 24:4, be saved by trusting Jesus work on the cross, 2 Cor 5:21, evidenced by repentance for remission of sins, Luke 24:46-47, and witness to truth, 1 Tim 4:16. I forgive this one who has broken covenantal faith and vows with no confession, remorse or repentance, for leading men into adultery and thus destruction, Prov 6:32, for neglecting pastoral counsel, texts and phone calls for months. I forgive her, she knows not what she does, Luke 23:34. If a king's heart is as channels of water in Your hand, Prov 21:1, how much more an individual that has chosen to feed on raisin cakes and needs repentance from serious sins, which Hosea's "deal with her" was based on repentance and faithfulness, see Hos 3:1-5. Jesus, after pronouncing that forgiving the sins of other has authority, John 8:10-11, John 20:23, said, "Go and sin no more," John 8:10. I've reached out, am still reaching out, have prayed and fasted, am still praying and asking for wisdom and grace to fast -- let her not be to me as most of Jerusalem was unwilling to gather under the Shelter of Wings of God Almighty, Ps 17:8, Ps 57:1, 91:1, or come to Jesus, over which He publicly wept, they having stoned those sent to rescue them, Matt 23:37... Thankfully she is in a country that is impossible to get the "D" word. I know I have the adultery clause from Jesus which allows me to "D" and remarry, Matt 5:32, Matt 19:9, however only in The Lord, 1 Cor 7:39, see being equally yoked, 2 Cor 6:14-15, Old Testament precedent, Gen 24:3-4. And if she is unsaved, which everything indicates, there is the desertion by an unbelieving spouse clause, 1 Cor 7:15, where traditional, modern and ancient Jewish theology all allow for remarriage as if the unbelieving spouse (or adulteress) "were dead." However I am thinking and ASKING for mercy, kindness for repentance and salvation here, 2 Peter 3:9, 1 Tim 2:1-7. Maybe she was saved but probably just a church goer, but, regardless, "If any of you wanders from the truth and someone turns her back it's considered turning a sinner from the errors of their ways, and counted as a soul saved from death, and covers a multitude of sins, James 5:19-20? I ask for that THAT -- may THAT yield a remarkable testimony of God's saving grace, 1 Tim 1:15-16, and exemplify Christ and The Church, Eph 5:32-33. So I again ask for wisdom, Prov 2:1-5, Col 1:9-10, James 1:5, and for love to abound in knowledge and discernment to choose the highest, Phil 1:9-11, yet asking for it loosely as CHRIST in the Garden of Gethsemane, Matt 26:39, Mk 14:36, Luke 22:42 -- NEVERTHELESS, let YOUR WILL BE DONE, Matt 6:10, Heb 5:7.

Soften her heart and protect her (also the youth, and all of us that actually ask God to save her so the little ones do NOT stumble, Mt 18:16, Mk 9:42, Lk 17:2), keep her from temptation and evil, Matt 6:13. Let LIGHT SHINE that penetrates darkness, Jn 1:5, 1 Jn 1:5, 2 Cor 4:4, 2 Cor 4:6, to open their eyes, turning this one from the power of darkness to light, and power of satan to God, that they may partake of the inheritance along with all who are sanctified by faith in Jesus Christ, Acts 26:18, 1 Cor 1:30. Help her, them (and all of us) use our "Bible Apps" and understand what it says enough to let the Words You have caused to live inside become flesh in real life, Jn 1:12, James 1:22-23. Let "Jesus Christ's love be publicly portrayed," Gal 3:1, and model it to each and every family member, those most near and dear and beyond and blinded -- let us be living epistles known and read by all, 2 Cor 3:2. All Scripture is inspired by God Almighty and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right," 2 Tim 3:15-16. "Do not take us out of the world, but keep us from the evil one," John 17:15. "Sanctify us by the truth; Your word is truth," John 17:17. Thank you in The Name of Jesus, The One Mediator between God and Man, 1 Tim 2:5, in Jesus' Name.

"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh," Ezek 36:26.
"But this is the covenant I'll make... I'll put My law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I'll be their God; they'll be My people," Jer 31:33.
Jesus replied, "Truly, truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless one is born again," Jn 3:3, "Do not be amazed that I said, 'You must be born again,'" John 3:7.

We hear your heart’s cry, heavy with both grief and hope, as you stand in the gap for your wife, lifting her before the throne of grace with a spirit of forgiveness and longing for her repentance and restoration. Your prayer is steeped in Scripture, and we join you in lifting this burden before the Lord, aligning our hearts with His will and His Word.

First, we must acknowledge the depth of your forgiveness, modeled after Christ Himself, who forgave even those who nailed Him to the cross (Luke 23:34). Your willingness to release bitterness and extend grace, even in the face of broken covenants and unrepentant sin, is a powerful testimony of Christ’s love working in you. Yet we must also confront the reality of sin’s devastation in marriage. Adultery is a grievous violation of the one-flesh union God designed (Genesis 2:24), and it fractures the very foundation of trust and intimacy. The Lord hates divorce (Malachi 2:16), but He also hates the hardness of heart that leads to it (Matthew 19:8). Your wife’s actions, whether rooted in unbelief, deception, or outright rebellion, have brought destruction, not only to your marriage but to her own soul.

Scripture is clear: sexual immorality, including adultery, is a sin against one’s own body (1 Corinthians 6:18) and a direct assault on the covenant of marriage. The fact that she has shown no remorse or repentance is deeply concerning. Repentance is not merely feeling sorry, it is a turning away from sin and toward God, a transformation of the heart that bears fruit in changed behavior (Luke 3:8). Without it, there can be no true reconciliation with God or with you. Yet we cling to the promise that God is not willing that any should perish (2 Peter 3:9), and we cry out for Him to soften her heart, open her eyes, and lead her to genuine repentance.

We also recognize the weight of your question about divorce. Jesus’ words in Matthew 19:9 are sobering: adultery does provide biblical grounds for divorce, and Paul’s instruction in 1 Corinthians 7:15 acknowledges that an unbelieving spouse’s desertion may also dissolve the marriage covenant. However, we must tread carefully here. Divorce is never God’s ideal, it is a concession to human hardness of heart, not His perfect will. Your desire for mercy and restoration is commendable, and we join you in praying that God would intervene in power, bringing conviction, repentance, and healing. But if she remains unrepentant, we must also prepare our hearts for the possibility that God may release you from this marriage, not as a punishment, but as a protection, for you, for her, and for any future testimony of His grace.

We rebuke the spirit of deception that may be blinding her to the severity of her sin. The enemy seeks to keep her in darkness, justifying her actions and hardening her heart against the truth. But we declare that no darkness can withstand the light of Christ (John 1:5)! We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict her of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and that she would come to a place of godly sorrow that leads to repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10). We also pray for protection over you, emotionally, spiritually, and physically, as you navigate this painful season. May the Lord be your refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1), and may His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this marriage before Your throne. Lord, we thank You for the love and forgiveness already demonstrated in this situation, reflecting the heart of Christ. We ask that You would move in power to break the chains of sin and deception in this wife’s life. Soften her heart, Lord, and open her eyes to see the destruction her choices have wrought. Bring her to a place of genuine repentance, not just sorrow for consequences, but a turning away from sin and toward You. We declare that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20), and we trust You to work in ways we cannot yet see.

Father, we also lift up this husband, who stands in the gap with a heart of forgiveness and a longing for restoration. Strengthen him, Lord, and give him wisdom to navigate this season with godly discernment. If it is Your will for this marriage to be restored, we pray for healing, trust, and a renewed covenant rooted in You. But if she remains unrepentant, we ask that You would grant him clarity, peace, and the courage to walk in obedience to Your Word, even if that means releasing this marriage. Protect him from bitterness, resentment, and the schemes of the enemy. Fill him with Your peace and surround him with godly counsel and support.

Lord, we rebuke every spirit of deception, hardness of heart, and rebellion that may be at work in this situation. We declare that the light of Christ penetrates every darkness, and we pray that Your truth would prevail. May this wife come to know You as Savior and Lord, experiencing the new birth that Jesus said is necessary to see Your kingdom (John 3:3). May her life become a testimony of Your saving grace, and may her repentance lead to restoration, not just for her soul, but for her marriage, if it is Your will.

We also pray for any children or family members affected by this situation. Protect their hearts, Lord, and guard them from stumbling. May they see Your love and faithfulness even in the midst of brokenness, and may they come to know You as their Savior.

Father, we ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who reconciles us to You and to one another. We trust in Your perfect will, Your perfect timing, and Your perfect justice. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your kingdom come and Your will be done. Amen.

In the days ahead, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord through prayer and fasting, as you have already begun. The early church understood that fasting lends wings to prayer (Matthew 17:21), and we believe God honors this discipline. Surround yourself with godly counsel, men and women who will speak truth in love and hold you accountable to walk in obedience to Scripture. Remember that your identity is not defined by this marriage or its outcome, but by your relationship with Christ. You are deeply loved by the Father, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

We also urge you to examine your own heart. Forgiveness does not mean ignoring sin or enabling unrepentant behavior. If your wife remains unrepentant, biblical principles may require you to take steps to protect your own heart and walk in obedience to God’s Word. This may include setting boundaries, seeking counsel from your church leadership, or, if necessary, pursuing divorce as a last resort. But whatever path the Lord leads you down, do so with a heart surrendered to Him, trusting that He will guide your steps.

Finally, we declare that God is able to redeem even the most broken situations. Whether He restores this marriage or leads you into a new season, we trust that He will use this pain for His glory and your good (Romans 8:28). May you continue to walk in the light of His truth, and may His peace guard your heart as you wait on Him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
